With your new President, we have been assured that there will soon be the official release of the reality of our existence and the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down will be removed. However, it may be that it will require the announcement of the NESARA program to release the information about our shuttles

Welcoming Helena.

Helena: Good morning. You are right on time and that is
appreciated. There is much that is going on in your financial
community. There are strong forces that are trying to release
funds and others trying to prevent the funds from being released.
You will soon be the recipient of the funds that have been so
long promised to you for the further development of your new-
energy technology. There is not much that we can do to ensure
that the funds are being properly released. Your Canadian friend
will soon have the funds that he has promised to share with you.
The delays that have occurred have finally been overcome and the
funds that are now in the U.S. and will be released (or have been
released) to your Canadian friend. He in turn will soon wire the
funds to your bank. Then you will be able to be back in full
operation in your laboratory very soon now.

Much of what can be accomplished in your laboratory is well
understood by you. However, there may be some help that we can
provide. As you have requested and been told, there will be two
of our crew who will be coming to work with you in your
laboratory. Of course, you know that this cannot happen until
your government allows the reality of our shuttles and our
starship to be made publicly known. With your new president, we
have been assured that there will soon be the official release of
the reality of our existence and the orders to your Air Force to
try to shoot us down will be removed. That is my message for you

Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be pleased to receive the
long-delayed funds. In addition, I will be pleased to have your
presence in our skies with your many shuttles become public
knowledge. As you know I have been aware of the existence of
aliens and their craft for many years. As an Air Force
meteorologist I was fully aware of the many times that our Air
Force planes were sent to try to shoot down shuttles (the so-
called UFOs). Is there anything that I can do to help make it
public information that the Capricorn starship is friendly and is
sent to help our country reduce atmospheric pollution?

Helena: You are doing a good job in sharing our discussions with
your friends. Many of them, in turn, are sharing these messages
with their friends. We expect that the new political
administration will soon get around to making the truth known.
However, it may be that it will require the announcement of the
