Mr. H.B. head of the European Space Agency is a criminal whose criminal records have been cleaned up with the help of his lover of the highest places in Belgium, to make him a clean man, to be able to make him to be appointed at the head of European Space Agency for their clandestine activities.
For those who do not know Mr. H.B., he is the hidden lover of the King Philippe of Belgium (the real queen in the bed of the King), this is the secret, which Prince Laurent, second son of the King of Belgium threatened the family that he will go public with, some five years ago.

Mr. H.B. was convicted in early 2000's for criminal activities and was kicked out of the Flemish Parliament (abuse of position) in Belgium. Under pressure from the present King (the husband) his records were later cleaned up, that there are no traces left on the books. But these were recorded in Flemish parliamentary files, which cannot be cleaned up.
H.B. and the king have established their own criminal police officers, who work for them to silence their opponents too.
The king and the Man Queen Mr. H.B. appoint and use their own police officers, who are planted and promoted inside the Belgium judiciary police to carry out their criminal activities, without opposition and in hidden ways by getting rid of those, who do not follow their orders or find out about their relationships.
H.B. as the queen is given the privilege of being able to use Belgium police officers and criminals, to harass and to murder his victims.
One of these appointed officers, for carrying out these harassments and murders for H.B. and the King, has been identified as Mr. Martin Delannoye, commissioner of the judicial police at the Federal Police Kortrijk.
He is appointed and promoted by Royal decrees on a frequent basis over the past years, and his promotion is connected to those scientists killed, others whom they steal their work from, and those who are on the wishlist of H.B. and the King.
One can look at the list of companies H.B. is the director of and one can try to find out, how many of the patent owners are alive or have been harassed by him to get hold of their life's work. Nearly 200 scientists have been harassed or killed by H.B.

Intelligence services at the same time have discovered that H.B., the King and the companies they control such as IMEC (H.B. is the internal lawyer of IMEC) are selling and sharing European Space Agency and NATO inside information.
H.B. abuses his position as the head of the space agency for accessing French rocket launch technology, and other technologies of NATO allies. He sells electronic parts, nuclear control, warhead launch technology and know-how to North Korea.
This could explain how, a third world nation like North Korea has so rapidly become a nuclear power. Could the security forces have found the collaborator to North Korean nuclear advancement ?

In the latest emergency call from President Xi Jinping to President Donald Trump , how to bring international sanctions on Belgium and freeze all its assets, without damaging the European Union was dicussed. This in line with a ban on the sale of nuclear knowhow according to IAEA policy.
It is understood France and United Kingdom are opposed to bringing this to the floor of the United Nations, but China with support of USA and Russia will process and possibly force bilateral sanctions on Belgium and all their assets.
It is further understood that the worldwide assets of the Vatican, could be frozen for entering into nuclear processing and handling through third party (Belgium), aiding and assisting with the sale of nuclear technology.
There is discussion of International travel ban on all Vatican officials and the warrant for the King of Belgium and H.B.
Does the world need a Man queen (H.B.) in the bed of the King, to create the third world war, in order to satisfy his husband's ego?
Side note: For those who do not know, French police have reported many times, that Belgium police officers were present in the Paris riots of last years. It has also been revealed that the same police force paid agents, which were used in the riots, after President Trump won the 2016 elections.
It has become apparent that both Belgium and Vatican officials where instigators of most of these riots, as dual operation in North Korean case.
This international mobile riot group developed by Philippe has been used effectively in the past years to harass nations like France, and its control is headed by their trusted officer Martin Dellanoye too.
King Philippe considers himself by placement in the position of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Now the new king wants to be the Emperor of France with these riots, which have been set up and witnessed in France in the past times.
Philippe is trying to establish a new French kingdom at any cost, even taking nations to the brink of third world war.
He is getting help and finance from the Vatican, as he is through his mothers bloodline an Italian. His mother has had good connections and personal relationships inside the religious kingdom, just as she has had with the late Shah of Iran.
Therefore, the new Man queen of Belgium (H.B.) is and has become the queen to two kingdoms, that of Belgium and of the Vatican, with the help of the Mother in law, the ex-queen of Belgium.

In his function as Head of Cabinet Mr. Hans B. was able to control the police forces and Belgian secret service, thus it was easy to “create” a terrorist case against MT Keshe."

M. T. Keshe (www.keshefoundation.org, www.spaceshipinstitute.org, www.kfssi.org) has escaped Belgium with his family after several attempts on him and his family lives by the Martin Dellanoye group. He has submitted his cases for these attempted murders by Martin Dellanoye with the support of King Philippe and his man queen lover (H.B.) to the European Court of Justice in 2014, after they tried to kill him in Italy.
Unfortunately, the Court's processing work is blocked by the King's intervention too, to support his man bed wife.
Security of Europe is in danger as no one knows, who this new queen is selling nuclear technology and other know-hows to?
