Thailand's R.C.Dan claims to be sole arbiter, owner and controller of The Combined Internal Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility
The man in charge of the secret organization known as the Office of International Treasury Control is R.C.Dan. US-educated Dan claims to be a Cambodian Prince and now lives in the Thai Royal family complex in Bangkok, Thailand. He claims special privileges and security clearance granted by the US Senate, the US Congress and the United Nations. Dan was appointed in 1995 as the sole arbiter for the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland. He also holds the codes for sixty types of special debt instruments connected to a nexus of different countries, treaties, banks and other financial institutions. Most of these are now in deep trouble because of the quadrillions of dollars of toxic financial products which are based on nothing but fiat paper. Over many decades debt instruments were created by the US Treasury and given to countries that had trade surpluses with the US. They are now worthless. Technically it is not the USA which is bankrupt, but rather a constitutionally illegal entity known as the United States Corporation based in a constitutionally illegal and independent statelet called Washington DC. Thailand Dan is under pressure to tell the truth publicly or he will go down the pan with the Obama White House in September 2009. More background here.
