On 23 May 2017, British Prime Minister Theresa May said that police and security staff know identity of the apparent suicide bomber who attacked people leaving an Ariana Grande concert.
She did not mention ISIS.
As in most false flag attacks, the alleged suicide bomber 'was known to the security services.'
The alleged attacker had probably been mind controlled by the security services?
