Does anyone here on SOE knows how to do Soul Retrieval?

Hello everyone I would like to know if anyone here does soul retrieval I believe Shamans do it but anyone which has studied or received a training on it can do it! I had been feeling the need of doing one for me. I have been reading a book about it and just felt is what I need to do in my life to help me with contracts I have with some important people in my life...I really need the help.
