What he said might be new to many people today, but he revealed the information before his death in January 1995. His statements helped to give credence to reports that the U.S. military has been flying vehicles that mimic alien craft.

The article was written by Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

1 : “Inside the Skunk Works (Lockheed’s secret research and development entity), we were a small, intensely cohesive group consisting of about fifty veteran engineers and designers and a hundred or so expert machinists and shop workers. Our forte was building technologically advanced airplanes of small number and of high class for highly secret missions.”

2 : “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”

3 : “We now have the technology to take ET home. No, it won’t take someone’s lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars. First, you have to understand that we will not get to the stars using chemical propulsion. Second, we have to devise a new propulsion technology. What we have to do is find out where Einstein went wrong.”

4 : When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, “Let me ask you. How does ESP work?” The questioner responded with, “All points in time and space are connected?” Rich then said, “That’s how it works!”

Ben Rich Lockheed Former Director knew of extraterrestrial UFO visitors

Lockheed "Skunk Works" former director knew the Roswell extraterrestrial UFO influenced designs of Testor model kits for Roswell UFO models, and U.S. top secret aircraft. According to a CNI News report by Colorado resident Michael Lindemann, the design information was derived from forensic illustrations and numerous witness testimonies about the Roswell UFO, provided by William L. “Bill” McDonald.

In an e-mail, dated July 29, 1999, apparently addressed to Lindemann, McDonald referenced an excerpt of a discussion with Harold Puthoff, founder of the highly classified U.S. “remote viewing” program.

McDonald said: “Well Hal, you asked for it! Now that legendary Lockheed engineer and chief model kit designer for the Testor Corporation, John Andrews, is dead, I can announce that he personally confirmed the design connection between the Roswell Spacecraft and the Lockheed Martin Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles (UCAVs), spyplanes, Joint Strike Fighters, and Space Shuttles.

Andrews was a close personal friend of "Skunk Works" director Ben Rich -- the hand-picked successor of Skunk Works founder Kelly Johnson and the man famous for the F-117 Nighthawk "Stealth" fighter, its "half-pint" prototype the "HAVE BLUE", and the top-secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor. Before Rich died of cancer, Andrews took my questions to him.

Only in the last months of his decline did he begin to feel that the "international corporate board of directors" dealing with the "Subject" could represent a bigger problem to citizens' personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off-world visitors themselves.”

Lindemann added that “Bill McDonald received the above information from Andrews from 1994 until their last phone call near Christmas in 1998.” Lindemann also noted “It should also be known that Dr. Ben R. Rich attended a public aerospace designers and engineers conference in 1993 before his illness overwhelmed him in which he stated -- in the presence of MUFON Orange County Section Director Jan Harzan and many others that – ‘We’ (i.e., the U.S. aerospace community/military industrial complex) had in it's possession the technology to "take us to the stars".

Former astronaut, Dr Edgar Mitchell recently confirmed an incident in 1997 where the Head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff was supplied the code names of UFO related projects, but was denied need-to-access. The first to report the incident was UFO researcher, Dr Steven Greer, who in 2001 revealed that Admiral Wilson was furious over his failure to gain access.

On a July 4, 2008 CNN interview, Dr Mitchell confirmed Greer’s version of events when he said that Admiral Wilson,“had found the people responsible for the cover-up and for the people who were in the know and were told, I'm sorry, admiral, you do not have need to know here and so, goodbye.”

Entrepreneurs and established companies alike depend on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to legally protect their inventions. But the Patent Office has been using a secret system to withhold the approval of some applications.

Newly released documents reveal that the office, tasked with evaluating and protecting the rights to intellectual property, has a covert system for delaying controversial or inconvenient patents. It’s a system that attorneys say, if abused, could function as a way to limit or stomp out emerging companies.

Before today, the program — named the Sensitive Application Warning System (SAWS) — has been mentioned only anecdotally by examiners who work in or with the office, and in a government memo that was leaked in March 2006. However, a new 50-page document obtained by a law firm’s Freedom of Information Act request shows the sweeping scope and conflicting interests of this particular set of rules. The law firm behind the request,Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, frequently represents major tech companies, including Apple, Google, Twitter, and Oracle.

Delays by design

When an application is submitted for a patent from a major law firm, it usually requires the approval of one or two examiners who work within the Patent Office. For Thomas Franklin, a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend, applications that he prosecutes typically issue as patents 22 months after filing. (Though the USPTO’s website estimates the average patent pendency time to be 29.1 months, that figure considers independent applicants who are not represented by powerhouse law firms.)

Any application that is categorized in SAWS, however, is placed in a special type of patent purgatory. SAWS-marked patents must be approved by anywhere from three to nine people and can be delayed for years. There is no official channel to notify an applicant once her patent is placed in the system, and the Patent Office has denied requests to divulge what applications are on the SAWS list.

For instance, three years ago, Franklin submitted an application for a startup that needed to secure crucial patents before it filed for public offering. It was being sued by a large company in the same space, and so it paid the Patent Office an extra fee to fast-track the application. Franklin and his client met with the examiner who was in charge of the case, and he seemed fairly confident that it would be approved in a timely manner.

But then, out of the blue, the examiner alluded to a special approvals process that would delay the project.

“He at first made me aware of that and said well, ‘That’s secret, I’m not supposed to say it,’ ” Franklin told Yahoo Tech. “That’s what piqued my interest as a constitutional issue. There’s a secret program that they’re not supposed to talk about.”

To this day, the patent — which Franklin says is for fairly mundane technology — remains in limbo, with little communication as to why or when it will be resolved from the USPTO. Franklin worries that the system could slow innovation in America.

“If it’s a startup trying to get traction against an established player, they may not get funding because they don’t get the patent in place,” he told Yahoo Tech. “It favors the entrenched incumbent in that space over the person with perhaps breakthrough technology.”

Patent applications can be placed in the SAWS program for an extensive number of reasons, which Franklin and his associates call “astonishingly vague.” This includes applications of “broad” or “pioneering scope,” “seemingly frivolous or silly subject matter,” or those “dealing with inventions, which, if issued, would potentially generate unwanted media coverage (i.e., news, blogs, forums).”

Whom does SAWS serve?
The final item on this list could include literally any technology but may be particularly aimed at inventions from high-profile companies like Apple, whose patents are often picked apart by dedicated blogs like 9to5Mac or MacRumors.

The obtained documents also list areas of technology that might trigger a patent application to be placed in the SAWS program, including “smartphones,” “Internet-enabled systems,” and “processes and apparatuses involving Education.”

It’s these vast categories that Adam Charnes, a partner at the firm, says could raise constitutional issues.

“Presumably, not every smartphone patent application is sent into this program,” he told Yahoo Tech. “There’s no way they could be. There’s too many of them. If the criteria don’t give any guidance to the agency in deciding what’s in or what’s out, it leads to the very arbitrariness that we’re concerned about.”

Charnes and his colleague Kate Gaudry plan to publish an article for Law360, an online journal, in hopes of informing the public about this program, which they say most companies are wholly unaware of.

“The Patent Office is kind of a funny place,” Franklin said. “We have this manual of patenting examining procedure, and it’s 1,500 pages long. They tell us everything: all their criterion in excruciating detail. But there is no mention in this huge book of this SAWS program. It’s completely off the books.”

The USPTO’s communication desk did not offer a public comment by time of publication.

President JFK was assassinated November 22, 1963 in Dallas, TX and nobody truly knows why.

After a ten-month investigation between 1963 and 1964, it was determined that JFK was killed by Lee Harvey Oswald, acting alone. Many people refute this claim and insist that there was at least a second shooter. Unfortunately, before Oswald could stand trial, he was murdered himself by Jack Ruby a man with known ties to organized crime. What exactly were they trying to cover up?

There are many conspiracy theories about the JFK assassination and with good reason. With nobody alive connected to the murder, the truth will never really be brought to light and there are many unanswered questions. One of the most widely accepted theories is he was assassinated because he was working on reining in the power of the Federal Reserve, the US's central banking system. Transferring money and power from the elite that ran the system. As it turns out however, he was actually doing the opposite and giving slightly more power to the Federal Reserve. Muting this theory.

The UFO Theory

In a new FOIA request it was learned however, that the young president was trying to uncover what the U.S. Government and other international Governments knew about UFOs here on Earth just ten days before his assassination. In this FOIA request two secret memos were released talking about the UFO threat, outer-space and NASA's role in protecting the country.

"As I had discussed with you previously, I have initiated (blacked out) and have instructed James Webb to develop a program with the Soviet Union in joint space and lunar exploration. It would be very helpful if you would have the high threat cases reviewed with the purpose of identification of bona fide as opposed to classified CIA and USAF sources. It is important that we make a clear distinction between the knowns and unknowns in the event the Soviets try to mistake our extended cooperation as a cover for intelligence gathering of their defence and space programs.

When this data has been sorted out, I would like you to arrange a program of data sharing with NASA where Unknowns are a factor. This will help NASA mission directors in their defensive responsibilities.

I would like an interim report on the data review no later than February 1, 1964.

"I would like you to assume personally the initiative and central responsibility within the Government for the development of a program of substantive cooperation with the Soviet Union in the field of outer space, including the development of specific technical proposals. I assume that you will work closely with the Department of State and other agencies as appropriate.

"These proposals should be developed with a view to their possible discussion with the Soviet Union as a direct outcome of my September 20 proposal for broader cooperation between the United States and the USSR in outer space, including cooperation in lunar landing programs. All proposals or suggestions originating within the Government relating to this general subject will be referred to you for your consideration and evaluation.

"In addition to developing substantive proposals, I expect that you will assist the Secretary of State in exploring problems of procedure and timing connected with holding discussions with the Soviet Union and in proposing for my consideration the channels which would be most desirable from our point of view. In this connection the channel of contact developed by Dr. Dryden between NASA and the Soviet Academy of Sciences has been quite effective, and I believe that we should continue to utilize it as appropriate as a means of continuing the dialogue between the scientists of both countries.

I would like an interim report on the progress of our planning by December 15."

It seems that President Kennedy was leading a charge to disclose that the Government knew about extraterrestrials here on Earth and the powers that be (such as a shadow Government or secret society) had him killed to protect their secret.

Kennedy's Speech Against Secret Societies

People close to him have stated that he was planning on giving an Earth changing speech on November 22, 1963. Many speculate, that this had to do with recovered extraterrestrial UFO crafts and secret societies that control many aspects of our everyday life.

"We now know the real reason why President Kennedy was assassinated," declared Prof. Merrick of Cambridge, Mass. "It appears that some individuals within our government were determined to maintain the secrecy surrounding captured UFOs -- and decided to silence the President before he could speak."

We have gotten a hold of the UFO disclosure speech that Kennedy was supposed to give. Kennedy had given the speech to Texas Governor John Connally, who was with him in the car when he was shot in Texas. Connally, who is now deceased had left the cards with the speech written on them in a safety deposit box fearing for his life as well. When he died a trusted aid ended up with the surprising speech and held on to them. Later a Prof. Merrick tracked down the aid and obtained the speech with the promise of anonymity.

Here is the lost speech that President Kennedy was supposed to give to the world disclosing aliens among us:

My fellow Americans, people of the world, today we set forth on a journey into a new era. One age, the childhood of mankind, is ending and another age is about to begin.

The journey of which I speak is full of unknowable challenges, but I believe that all our yesterdays, all the struggles of the past, have uniquely prepared our generation to prevail.

Citizens of this Earth, we are not alone. God, in His infinite wisdom, has seen fit to populate His universe with other beings -- intelligent creatures such as ourselves.

How can I state this with such authority?

In the year 1947 our military forces recovered from the dry New Mexico desert the remains of an aircraft of unknown origin. Science soon determined that this vehicle came from the far reaches of outer space. Since that time our government has made contact with the creators of that spacecraft.

Though this news may sound fantastic -- and indeed, terrifying -- I ask that you not greet it with undue fear or pessimism. I assure you, as your President, that these beings mean us no harm.

Rather, they promise to help our nation overcome the common enemies of all mankind -- tyranny, poverty, disease, war.

We have determined that they are not foes, but friends. Together with them we can create a better world. I cannot tell you that there will be no stumbling or missteps on the road ahead.

But I believe that we have found the true destiny of the people of this great land: To lead the world into a glorious future.

In the coming days, weeks and months, you will learn more about these visitors, why they are here and why our leaders have kept their presence a secret from you for so long.

I ask you to look to the future not with timidity but with courage. Because we can achieve in our time the ancient vision of peace on Earth and prosperity for all humankind.

This speech, no doubt, would have changed the way the world works and Earth would be a much different place today. It's no wonder that the people in power didn't want this to get out. It does make you wonder if all of our fast technological advancements came from these beings from another world, and if they really are here trying to help advance the human race.

New evidence has just been released supporting the authenticity of a leaked CIA document allegedly of wiretaps of Marilyn Monroe and her friends shortly before her suspicious death on August 4, 1962. The wiretap document revealed that Monroe was planning to give a press conference about what President Kennedy had told her of a visit to an undisclosed Air Force facility where he saw the debris of a crashed UFO. The Monroe wiretap document was first leaked in 1992 to a UFO researcher, and was made public in 1994. It has not been confirmed by the CIA to be genuine, and remains open to dispute. The new evidence that was revealed yesterday shows that the leaked document conforms closely to a standard classified Information Report form used by the CIA in 1963. Either someone broke the law by forging or using a standard CIA Information Report form for classified reports at the time of Monroe’s death, or the Monroe wiretap document was indeed a classified report about a wiretap of Monroe and her friends.

This is what the alleged CIA wiretap document, dated August 3, 1962, had to say about Monroe’s knowledge of Kennedy and UFOs:

Rothberg indicated in so many words, that she [Monroe] had secrets to tell, no doubt arising from her trists [sic] with the President and the Attorney General. One such “secret” mentions the visit by the President at a secret air base for the purpose of inspecting things from outer space. 2. Subject repeatedly called the Attorney General and complained about the way she was being ignored by the President and his brother. 3. Subject threatened to hold a press conference and would tell all.

The discoverer of the CIA intelligence report is Lee Nicholson from the Outpost Forum. In his April 14 forum post he described what he found after visiting the CIA’s electronic reading room:

During the process of researching this article I spent several hours at the CIA’s electronic reading room looking at documents from the 1960s, in an attempt to find examples of similar typeface to that seen in our questioned document …. I discovered a CIA Information Report dated 18th March, 1963 with the subject heading: “Projected Soviet Space Launchings” which was declassified on the 16th of July 2011. This authentic CIA information report is an almost perfect match in style and presentation for the leaked ‘Marilyn document’.

Nicholson went on to describe new facts emerging from a comparison between the declassified CIA document and the Monroe wiretap document:

In fact a close comparison gleans some important new facts. Firstly, we can now see that both documents use the exact same form letter or template information report. Presumably the author would have a stack of these ‘blank’ forms which would be placed into a typewriter to add the relevant information before classification and distribution. We can also see that both documents contain the same secondary typeface, which is in fact Courier type commonly used on IBM typewriters in the 1960s.

Nicholson then described a series of parallels between the declassified 1963 Information Report and the leaked Monroe wiretap document. His conclusion was that they closely matched suggesting that the Monroe document is genuine.

The implications of the Monroe wiretap document being genuine are astounding. It reveals that only one day before her death, Monroe was planning a press conference that would reveal what President Kennedy had confidentially told her about UFOs. The fact that the CIA was monitoring her and wiretapping her phone calls, directly implicates the CIA in her suspicious death and the cover-up of information concerning UFOs.

An uncovered letter written by John F Kennedy to the head of the CIA shows that the president demanded to be shown highly confidential documents about UFOs 10 days before his assassination.

The secret memo is one of two letters written by JFK asking for information about the paranormal on November 12 1963, which have been released by the CIA for the first time.

Author William Lester said the CIA released the documents to him under the Freedom of Information Act after he made a request while researching his new book ‘A Celebration of Freedom: JFK and the New Frontier.’

In the second memo, sent to the NASA administrator, the president expresses a desire for cooperation with the former Soviet Union on mutual outer space activities.

The previously classified documents were released under the Freedom of Information Act to teacher William Lester as part of research for a new book about JFK.

He said that JFK’s interest in UFOs could have been fuelled by concerns about relations with the former Soviet Union.

‘One of his concerns was that a lot of these UFOs were being seen over the Soviet Union and he was very concerned that the Soviets might misinterpret these UFOs as U.S. aggression, believing that it was some of our technology,’ Mr Lester told AOL News.

‘I think this is one of the reasons why he wanted to get his hands on this information and get it away from the jurisdiction of NASA so he could say to the Soviets, “Look, that’s not us, we’re not doing it, we’re not being provocative. “.’

In a note sent with the document, the apparent leaker said he worked for CIA between 1960 and 1974 and pulled the memo from a fire when the agency was burning some of its most sensitive files.

The undated memo contains a reference to ‘Lancer’, which was JFK’s Secret Service code name.

On the first page, the director of Central Intelligence wrote: ‘As you must know, Lancer has made some inquiries regarding our activities, which we cannot allow.

‘Please submit your views no later than October. Your action to this matter is critical to the continuance of the group.’

The current owner of the ‘burned memo’, who bought it from Timothy Cooper in 2001 told AOL News that it shows that when JFK asked questions about UFOs that the CIA ‘bumped him off’.

UFO investigator Robert Wood said he has tested the paper it was printed on, the ink age, watermarks, font types and other markings.

He said: ‘I hired a forensics company to check the age of the ink and check several other things that you can date, using the same techniques you’d use in a court of law.’

Who killed Kennedy: CIA, LBJ, or the Truly “Unspeakable”?

There is no more hope to ever see a righteous Kennedy emerge and challenge the U.S. war machine. But the legacy lives on.

President John F. Kennedy remains a heroic, almost Christ-like figure, in the heart of a growing community of citizens who have become aware of the disastrous longtime effect of his assassination. He is perhaps the only hero whose public cult could ever redeem the United States.

Anybody following closely the recent developments in JFK research cannot fail to notice that there are basically two kinds of books on Kennedy’s assassination. (I am only talking of books seriously engaged in the pursuit of truth, not those defending the Warren Commission cover-up, such as Vincent Bugliosi’s pitiful Reclaiming History, 2007).

Fifty years of investigative work and archive declassification has narrowed down the list of credible suspects: on the one side are books blaming a faction within the Military-Intelligence complex, the most recent and authoritative being: James Douglass, JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He died and Why it Matters (Touchstone, 2008), David Talbot, Brothers: The Hidden History of the Kennedy Years (Simon & Schuster, 2007), and Mark Lane, Last Word: My Indictment of the CIA in the Murder of JFK (Skyhorse Publishing, 2011).

On the other side are books blaming Lyndon Johnson, represented recently by Phillip Nelson, LBJ: The Mastermind of JFK’s Assassination (XLibris, 2010), James Tague, LBJ and the Kennedy Killing, by Assassination Eyewitness (Trine Day, 2013), and Roger Stone, The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ (Skyhorse, 2013), just available this month.[i] I will summarize the arguments of both theses, highlight their shortcomings and contradictions, and attempt to overcome them by pointing to an alternative hypothesis.

I will contend that these two trails of investigation, if coherently connected, do compliment each other, but not quite as two halves of the truth; rather as two thirds of the truth. The remaining third piece of the puzzle is the really “Unspeakable”.

1. The Military-Intelligence complex

Douglass, Talbot and Lane basically agree with what New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison perceived already in 1968: “President Kennedy was killed for one reason: because he was working for reconciliation with the [Soviet Union] and Castro’s Cuba. […] President Kennedy died because he wanted peace.” The implications drawn by Garrison were frightening: “In a very real and terrifying sense, our government is the CIA and the Pentagon, with Congress reduced to a debating society. […] I’m afraid, based on my experience, that fascism will come to America in the name of National Security.”[ii]

What is commonly called the “National Security State” came to existence in the aftermath of the Second World War. Its birth certificate is the National Security Act of 1947, by which President Truman organized the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) under an appointed Chairman, and established the National Security Council (NSC) to advise him (Eisenhower would later create the position of National Security Adviser to preside over it). The founding texts of this Cold War apparatus are characterized by an alarmist exaggeration of the ambitions and power of the Soviet military, justifying the right of the United States to intervene in the internal affairs of any country, near or far, who by leaning slightly to the left could trigger a “domino effect” and cause the collapse on an entire region under communist influence (the “Truman Doctrine”). The National Security Council report NSC-68 dated April 7th 1950, which had a great influence on the foreign policy of the United States for the following twenty years, asserted that the Kremlin posed a threat capable of the “destruction not only of this Republic but of civilization itself.”
