Allow me to clarify what Dr. Paul is saying... He states IF the bill was brought to the floor of the House tomorrow it WOULD pass. That doesn't mean that the bill will be brought to the floor tomorrow. It just means that whenever the bill is brought before the House, it is going to pass. When that will actually take place is up to the 'people in charge' of Congress.
