The 2009 X-Conference, held in the Washington DC metro area from April 17-19, will encourage the Obama administration to move forward with disclosure of X-Files on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Several Presidential Memoranda and the inclusion of former Clinton era figures in Obama’s government are cited by participants as reasons why President Obama will positively respond. The conference comes at a pivotal time in the Obama administration. Obama’s first 100 days in office ends on April 30, soon after the X-Conference. Apollo 14 astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell will be among conference speakers discussing why the Obama administration needs to declassify X-files held by various federal agencies and departments.
The annual event is unique among UFO conferences insofar as it features speakers who specialize in public policy aspects of evidence concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life - an approach known as ‘exopolitics’. This flagship event for the rapidly growing exopolitics movement will cast light on whether or not the Obama administration is poised to end a sixty year truth embargo on the extraterrestrial origins of UFOs.
This year’s X-Conference features luminaries such as Dr Mitchell who has come forward to reveal his private discussions with many insiders who confirm the reality of extraterrestrial life. He does not claim to have had any direct experiences with UFOs or extraterrestrials during his Apollo mission or astronaut training. Dr Mitchell has, however, declared his confidence the reliability of the testimonies revealed to him about the 1947 Roswell UFO crash and the existence of extraterrestrials. He will discuss the reasons why secrecy about extraterrestrial life was first imposed, and the implications of disclosing the truth.
Grant Cameron and X-Conference Executive Producer, Stephen Bassett, will discuss the historical evidence of Presidential dealings on the UFO issue. They will reveal some of the evidence in their forthcoming book U.S. Presidents and UFOs: The Untold Story, and its implications for the Obama administration. Bassett will also reveal why the first 100 days of the Obama administration is so significant for disclosure of UFO evidence.
Alfred Webre, J.D. was involved in a 1977 extraterrestrial communications project with the Carter White House. He will discuss efforts by a consortium of non-government organizations to start dialogue with the Obama administration for implementation of United Nations General Assembly Decision 33/426. In 1978, the UN passed its one and only decision concerning UFOs which called for the creation of a UN agency to register UFO reports, and to coordinate international efforts to study extraterrestrial life.
George Noory host of Coast to Coast AM, the most popular late night radio show in the U.S., will give a special 2 hour presentation on show highlights concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life. In addition he will do a special Friday night radio coast from the conference venue in Gaithersburg, Maryland that will be heard by up to 10 million radio listeners.
Researcher Art Campbell will reveal the stunning first hand testimonies of witnesses to President Eisenhower secretly meeting extraterrestrials at Holloman Air Force Base in 1955. He will present Bill Kirklin, a medic stationed at the time at Holloman AFB, as a first hand witness to events associated with Eisenhower’s secret extraterrestrial diplomacy.
I will reveal how Obama’s Presidential actions and appointments have set the scene for his administration to move quickly on a range of issues relating to extraterrestrial life and technology. Capitalizing from lessons learned from the failed Clinton administration initiative to declassify UFO files, I show how the Obama administration has a strategic plan to achieve its declassification agenda. I explain that key figures in the Obama administration are not alone in seeking to declassify UFO files. They have support from a range of government and military groups dedicated to preserving principles of constitutional government. Among the more prominent are officials from the U.S. Navy who have been working behind the scenes to promote UFO/extraterrestrial disclosure.
As the Obama administration nears the end of its first 100 days, disclosure of classified X-Files will feature prominently in closed door discussions. If the X-Conference succeeds, then the door will be open for the general public to participate for the first time in policy decisions on extraterrestrial life and technology. Dr Mitchell and other X-Conference speakers will appear at a press conference at the National Press Club on April 20 to persuade the Obama administration to actively support declassification of UFO information and end the decades long truth embargo on extraterrestrial life.
