Thousands of blackbirds fall to their death in Arkansas town for second New Year's Eve in a row

A small Arkansas town might have shown the first example of that as approximately 5,000 blackbirds dropped dead from the sky last night in the early hours of the new year.

As if the incident was not strange enough, it is the second time in two years that the birds have fallen as the calendar year changes.

Hi Nonya! Yes, I read about the fish in Norway. This is so odd...

What makes me annoyed is that there is never a conclusive explanation for these things! Everything is 'likely'...

HI SIMMY!!!  Thanks for posting this. There was also 20 tons of fish that washed up on the shores of Norway on Jan 1. As of today, they all mysteriously disappeared.

When the event on Dec 2010 happened they said it was because of the fireworks, for lack of a better explanation. But this year there were no fireworks or strong rain and lightning... so where is the plausible explanation??
