I am half Norwegian, so maybe that is why I am loving it so much. I have mine heating up right now. I go in at about 180-190F, get a good sweat going, guzzle water, step out in back yard (outdoor sauna) and hose off for a few minutes, go back in, and do that usually 3 times per session, at least once a day and sometimes morning and evening. with this regimen, I am bathing only about once a week now and deep down clean more than I have ever been in my life, LOL...
