6.Help and share with other people
Hi guys !
This is very important. As i said before in other post we have to help others in order to bring the balance to this universe. I bring you here some tips for you do this :
1. Say Good morning to your neighbor, or strange or whatever salutation you want.
Many people have forgotten this as they considered is out of age. But the thing is when you greet someone they feel good with you because you are making her/him an flattery to his/her person.
2. Help the older people when they needed.
When someone at this age ask you for help him/her. Do it with your heart not with your ego. Because remember they are us only in a different frequencies
3. Visit the Old`s people home or another institution that you consider
The people feel good when they see that you are paying attention to them specially the older because you are sharing your time with them.
4. Do Ecological projects, participate in projects of your community.
Dedicate some time of your agenda to share with our mother Gaia. You could say that you do the meditations for healing her but whatever task that you do for her also counts. For example, If someone is burning trash or polluting the rivers or sea. Talk to this people in a polite way. Try to make him/her comprehend why his/her action is wrong because many people in the world don`t care about Gaia or animals.
