Count me into this feeling. I am tired pretty early (21h30 - and really need to go to bed then) but after a couple of hours of sleep I feel like superwoman. You don't hear me complaining though, I love this feeling of energy. It feels like life is really for me to enjoy now.

My days seem to have slipped in to a pattern of bed before 9 and up at silly o'clock - which is 3 or 4 am. But I'm finding it useful as it gives me time in the morning to be me before I have to go to work and be the wage slave. As I live on my own most of the time it doesn't bother anyone else, well apart from my cat who decides she wants fed at 4 am.

Glad I'm in such good company!

much love
Personally, I didn't feel comfortable during night times and preferred to spend them asleep for the better part of my current lifetime. All this changed a few years ago, during a period when my eyes opened to quite a few things. I now have trouble sleeping before at least 2 AM. Maybe it's the same for you all as well, that you feel far more awake and alert when most people are already asleep?

yes that is true i have hated sleep in every hour,3am is my least favorite time but now it feels like night is actualy equal in vibriation if not higher than daytime i dont know why i try not to think about it i just let it show me through its chips and curry!.

There are great disturbences in the magnetic grid because the whole planet is adjusting to increasingly higher frequencies and shifting patterns. This affects sleep and consciousness. It is good to be aware of and minimize "electronic smog" in your house and bedroom. Get rid of clock-radio. plug out multi-outlets. Get a dowser to go over all your outlets and check if "the polarity is right". Each outlet that is not right must be plugged out and turned 180 degrees and plugged in again. This…

To me it feels as if I'm watching over those sleeping, keeping vigil against true darkness while the innocent slumber. your right. my body clock seems to be ruined. At the moment I'm going bed at 6-7am and waking between 4-6pm next day. i don't really have much to get up for, im a student and not got many lectures this semester, so i dont feel pressured to get out of bed. also, they say you should sleep between 12-16 hours when do the Solfeggio healing. The Solfeggios do make me tired so with this, and not much to do, ive slipped into 12 hour days running approx 6pm-6am. Hmmmmm
I'm having terrible trouble sleeping of a night, and I've always been a good sleeper in the past..

I find when I do eventually get off to sleep, I am dreaming more and waking up earlier too
