Why do people meditate? Usually they are looking to still the mind and reach the state of being. They receive messages from their higher-self and gain a deeper understanding of self through this process.
All meditation is used to reach the true divine nature of ones being. It's going within and becoming aware of the connection and unity of the true self. Yet can I ask, How long does one stay in a meditative state of being? A few minutes, a few hours possibly, until you open your eyes and return right back into the illusion that you just sought to get away from.
Staying in the present moment of now is a constant state of being. It's feeling the same unity and oneness with everything as you find within the meditative state. Instead of returning to the realm of illusion, you are present at all times. The difference is that you are conscious of the unity and being within the present moment. The difference is that you can also feel the love and joy all around you. Your body feels alive with the love energy coursing through it. You feel the connection through the love and experience all that it is.
You experience the Universal Truth that nothing is separate from anything else. That duality is an illusion that you have have taught by society. Yet instead of separation, in the moment you feel the unity and the connection to all things.
Which way would you rather choose to experience your own divinity and connection to Source? Would you rather close your eyes or open them wide and embrace everything that is occurring now in the moment?
For in illusion creation occurs with or without you being present. It can sometimes feel like you are being dragged along behind a car. When you are present and connected to everything and can feel that love, than you become a co-creator. When you are in the now moment and connected, the love you are expands away from you and also within you. It touches everything as it expands.
Love is all there is. Love is the unity connecting everything. Love is the atoms that create the beauty of the Earth=Heart, that you see. You are a part of everything within creation. You are a divine spark of love and light, unique and beautiful in every way. Wouldn't you rather embrace that understanding? Wouldn't you rather feel the love that makes up everything at every moment? The choice is yours to make, as we each have the freedom to choose. Search yourself and answer honestly, wouldn't you rather be love and feel joy and happiness at every moment?
