Since December 2013, the earth entered in stages through which it can rid of the old 3rd Dimension, and will be completed in June 2014, where it will be completely ready to the ascension process on the physical level, and these stages divided into three stages, each stage complementary to the other: 
Phase 1:    From [Dec.13th 2013 - March 15th 2014] the change phase in the infrastructure of the energetic and chemical combination at the level of the elements for the components of the earth...
At earth level:
We have noticed big changes to the Global climate, and a lot of movements in the earth’s crust for large series of earthquakes and volcanoes in all parts of the ground, and a significant changes in the primary streams of the winds which in turn led to a change in the general situation of the oceans, as well as irregular or unexpected changes in the sun of flare & solar wind..
At the Global systems level:
We have seen that there are major changes, and huge conflicts in the infrastructure for each “political, economic, scientific, religious systems and others..”. It is true that many of these changes were not noticeable to many, as we said, because it is radical changes in infrastructure, but the talk about it and about its big results is available on the internet...
Phase 2:
From [March 16th 2014 to April 21st 2014] is a stage of the beginning of the removal to all the main pillars, which the old 3rd Dimension depends on...
At earth level:
after the completion of the infrastructure in the first phase, the events will escalate in order to remove all the main gatherings energy in the old 3rd dimension, this means the beginning of the collapse of the Matrix and the quarantine that surrounded earth, and this will be through erasing all the effects of this energy in certain places on earth, and this will lead to return those areas to its origin state, and this will lead to great cracks in the veil, and then to its collapse..
This erase and removal process will be through a natural factors from earth in a ratio of 93% , and 7% to unnatural factors and extraordinary phenomena, which will leads to the disappearance of the landmarks of those places directly. It will be globally witnessed and will not be hidden by scientists, because lots of vertical channels and portals will start opening from 16th of March 2014, and those portals and channels will not be visible to the eye, because it is energetic, and at the same time it is physical [except for those who have connections and visions with the higher realm will see it], and in returns ; there are lots of origin landmarks of the new 3rd dimension will become shown as a result of the beginning of the collapse of the veil, and this will cause a beginning of a series of disclosure announcements..
At the level of Global systems:
All the previous works on the infrastructure of the global systems will start showing in the beginning of this stage as real attempts to announce the new economic system, and unveil the secrets of an ancient civilizations, and official recognition of other civilizations, not because there is a desire to do that, but because after the collapse of the veil, there will be a big opportunity for real appearance and interference from other civilizations.. This stage will not be easy, because all what had happened in the previous stage were not visible, but in this stage it will be visible to the eye on the surface, and it will be a great, gradual and main change in all directions.. As for the event or what I call “the alignment between dimensions” OR the Pulse OR the Green Light:
It is very likely to be during this stage or in the most recent, and here I want to emphasize not on the meaning of event, where I believe it became clear through lot of explanations in the internet, but the most important is to talk about the spiritual level of event.. The event is not concern just for the liberation of earth, but it goes further more to the spiritual level for every one of us, where the pulse that will flow into earth during the event will scan the inner consciousness for everyone to test our readiness to return back to our origin state.. 
our interaction with the great energy of “ the Blue flame & Violet flame “ which will launch from the central sun to us depends on the stored consciousness in our inner bodies as a results of our spiritual experiences, because all the changes that will happen to us as a result of the effect of this great energy will converge and interact by our consciousness...
At the individual level:
the spiritual effect of this event is concerned in increasing the vibrations in the frequencies of our spiritual energetic system, to rise it to interact and get harmony with other dimensions, and this will be through “developing the energetic system of our chakras and modifying our DNA to get back to its origin state before being manipulated by the dark forces, and not only this , but it will be higher developed than its origin state , because this age will not be the same as the previous golden ages, but it is a real Freedom Age, and a summary of what all civilizations had reached after this huge experience for millions of years..
Each of us will receive and interact with this energy at the spiritual level based on his level of consciousness and the spiritual inventories of his experiences…  so what is more important to me is the spiritual readiness , and this does not mean not care of other sides of this event.. Whenever we get rid of our psychological, emotional and mental links from the old 3rd dimension, the more we interact with the event and its energy in better way...  Phase 3:
From [21st of April 2014 to 21st of June 2014] is the stage of reconnecting the earth and the moon with the energy of galaxy At this stage; the major landmarks of changes will lay its foundations on this planet announcing our entry into a period of major changes, and reconnect us energetic with the energy of galaxy,, so this period is very important...
At the external level (Global):
All what we mentioned in the previous phase will enter in the large construction phase which need a great effort to show all the facts and the new systems , and removing each old systems “ we will talk about at the time” ..
At the internal and spiritual level:
The fundamentals will become clearer at this stage, to complete the vibrations of the planet, to become in the 4th dimension in order for Gaia “the earth” to start interacting with the galaxy harmoniously, and these vibrations will continue to the 4th Dimension at the physical level of planet earth, and to the 5th -7thDimension at the spiritual & energetic level for an entire year.., and then transformed into the vibrations of the 5th Dimension at the physical level of the planet.. This means that the earth will remain a bridge (as vibrations of the 4th Dimension) for an entire year “between the new 3rd Dimension and the 5th Dimension...” and this bridge will be a crossing and an opportunity for the people of the 3rd Dimension to increase vibrations of their energy to the 5th Dimension, and then the 5th Dimension will be separated from the 3rd Dimension people after the closing of the 4thDimension Bridge, and each of them will complete his allotted way..
At this stage between “April 2014 – June 2014 “ :
1- all the vibrations will increase for those who are ready spiritually to the vibrations of the 4th Dimension physically, in preparation for their transfer to the next stage after “June 2014” gradually to the vibrations of the 5th Dimension { this will be during the year , which the earth is in the 4th Dimension} and they will be transformed to the Light body and then to ascension.., this means that it will be gradual according to whom are ready in consciousness, one by one, so the first of them will be after June 2014, and the last of them will be in June 2015..
2- All the special abilities of 4th Dimension will begin to show per whoever completes the process of raising the vibration of the 4th Dimension, such as :" a- Telepathy  b- Teleportation c- building the Merkaba d- Vision of other worlds e- Dealing with the Higher-self  f- bi-located ….etc
Important Note:  Please try to deal with dates in substantially awareness, means: the current situation in the ground is dynamic and variable at every moment, what I am talking about here of dates is the general state of the main plan for these phases..
The purpose here is not to determine the dates, but knowing the stages and be ready for them, as our preparations who will create When, Where and How, but not vice versa...
What I want to say here, that we are on the verge of great change phase, which we should be prepared for, rather than waiting for the changing dates as a result of dynamics changing status { not for the basics of the plan } , and do not forget that one of the lessons of dealing with the higher –realm is not be a slave to Time, but in control of it through your consciousness..

Hello dear ones, my precious frequency travelers and way showers for Peace and LOVE. You are magnificent. I cannot tell you this enough.

You are riding along an ever-increasing wave of LOVE now. Can you feel it? Is it enveloping you just as you are enveloping it? Good. I can perceive this, dear ones, just as you are beginning to.

And it is becoming such a part of you. It is like you are completely cushioned in LOVE now, as you accept the beautiful energies coming in and as you spread them out.

It is becoming so clear to many of you that you have arrived at a new level of your awakening. You have slipped quietly into it and now you are still trying it on for size and fit.

And it is a perfect fit for You Now In This Moment. It delivers to you more peace and it delivers to you more clarity, does it not?

Oh, my dear ones, you are no doubt discovering that you really did not fully fathom before what it would be like to swim constantly in this Lake of Love, this Ocean of Love, this expanded you that encompasses so much more now.

You have extended your boundaries and are much more comfortable in this expanded state, so much so that it is becoming quite familiar, and you are growing quite fond of the increased feelings of this expansion, for as you allowed it and stopped resisting it, it has become such a natural part of your existence, and as you adjust your view to encompass this new vista,

you will maintain and receive many new insights and revelations and a new side of looking at things that is so intrinsic to your new way of being, your New Selves.

I once again commend you for this giant leap many of you have taken. Allow yourselves to settle into it because there will be More!

You are quite used to it by now and you are learning to set yourself back in balance quite quickly after a major influx of light and energy shift.

You are being buoyed around by the Light, but just like an ocean buoy, you also right yourself quite quickly. As you know, it just depends on the strength of the gust of wind and the magnitude of the wave as to how long it takes to allow the ocean buoy to right itself, and so it is for you.

But you are beginning to trust that you can and will do this, and much more easily, no matter what is “thrown” at you. For you are so much more entrenched in LOVE energy as the base and core of you that it rules and governs now every perception and every action you make.

It is at the center of you much more now. Can you feel it? I can certainly see it: Your Golden Glow of Christ Consciousness is so beautiful and encompassing now. You have indeed reached a new level.

The heightened levels will be coming much more quickly now, but then again, as I have said, you have the stability of your Heart Center more firmly in place and you can handle the climb.

You no doubt feel this, dear ones. Oh, what a magnificent journey you have traveled, but oh, what a much more magnificent journey you have yet to encounter.

The vistas are opening and you are in for such a surprise as long as you bide by your higher aspects and flow with the changes.

I beseech you to continue your self-care. Your physical body is playing a major role now as you develop and refine your crystalline structures.

As you have heard many times, please allow yourself to listen constantly for what your body needs, whether it be in the way of rest, relaxation, time in nature, time in the sun, clear clean water and/or pure food as close to its source as possible. And in concert with this care, your self-love will be just as important to maintain.

Being LOVE, Being DIVINE, feeling it in your core, will carry you far in these coming days. And always come back to your Heart Center and lead from there.

Balance will come from that, and Balance in these coming days is very important. By now you are more firmly rooted in your grounding exercises, and this will carry you far, as you balance and align and stay at zero point as much as possible.

And so dear ones, I want to add, that you are really getting proficient at managing these energies and incorporating them into You, and in integrating all aspects of yourself as well as in staying more prevalently in the higher aspects of yourself

as you integrate with all aspects of you and all your multidimensional selves as well as balancing and accepting all parts, making “friends” with all parts of you, as they converge into an integrated and balanced You in your emerging I AM Presence.

Some of those old parts that you have been “making friends” with are - in your acceptance and subsequent release of them, or transmutation of them into their higher aspects - making you more Whole.

They have served their purpose and are now being transmuted to make way for a more refined and pure You. It is a “Whole New World”, as they say, and you are becoming quite comfortable inhabitants of it.

I bid you farewell for now, but I shall return with more “tidbits” for your illustrious and continued awakening! I AM Lady Nada, in LOVE and SERVICE.

Greetings I am Mira, I am pleased to greet you today and to share some of what we are doing in the Earth Council. We are committed to making periodic reports to apprise you of our progress.

There is a lot of progress at hand. We have added additional volunteers to assist with the process. Everyone wants to lend a hand.

We know that some of you feel overwhelmed so we are bringing in extra help. Everyone loves you and loves the Earth. We want only the best for you.

We know that many of you feel blocked in some ways in terms of your desire for change on the planet. In some ways change is happening overnight.

We see how quickly you can shift your thoughts and re-create. In other ways we know that you are increasingly aware of what needs to change.

The Light is shining upon the dark far more than ever before. This dredges up areas of focus that speak to each of you.

Some of you want to magically change the old self-serving ways with the sweep of a magic wand. In the future you will be able to do things like this.

Right now what needs to change the most is being highlighted.

There are many priorities that we are working on with the first being your safety. Our scientists are addressing the increasing Earth changes.

It is like the Earth has to take some deep breaths to release. She doesn’t want her children to be harmed in any way but she also needs you to pay attention to what is going on around you.

As a child your parents had to tell you not to step in front of a car and we feel like we have to remind you also to pay attention to the signs of change.

It is always necessary to listen to your inner guidance. This need is urgent. If you feel a call to leave a place leave.

We can’t do it all for you. There is a large influx of Light that is so powerful that it can be blinding for you at times.

We say this is a time when you need to go within and let the Light touch your heart and every cell in your body. This allows the rising consciousness that comes with the Light to intergrate within you.

Sweeping changes will be overhauling your old systems. We support this work for these old ways have not been serving you or the planet.

This is all making way for us to appear before you and be with you in a closer connection. We are already with you but in not so obvious ways.

As things continue to shift on the Earth we drop ideas into your consciousness for how improvements can be made. We would like to see much more equality on the Earth so know this is part of our focus.

Changes are being made in this regard.

You will have ample opportunities to participate in the restructuring of life on the Earth. This is an important current of energy that is sweeping across the planet.

There is a template for this already that is surrounding the planet. You have to tap into this consciousness in order to make the energies accessible and so that they can be anchored into the new Earth.

We will have new assignments coming to you as we continue to progress with the Ascension process. For right now we ask that you remain positive and that you help each other along the way.

We are all a part of a massive team of Beings who have only your best interests in our hearts. We love you and encourage you to stay on track with your work for much progress is being made.

As we continue to shift into the incoming energies, one of the biggest changes taking place is to underlying structures. This is affecting a broad spectrum of our existence in this dimension, and relationships are coming into clearer focus at the moment.

There are several layers to the idea of ‘relationship’ as it exists, and to the changes that are taking place at the root of these structures that have been in place for millennia.

Relationships vary from person to person, that is known; and yet there is a structure that underlies the concept behind the word that reaches across human experience, whether we have conscious awareness of it or not.

The shifting that’s taking place across so many levels of our human experience is raising deeply-rooted discordance that’s asking to be healed.

One place that this affects many human being is in the realm of relationships. Under the rapidly deteriorating old paradigm, the underlying energy of these interactions was based on the distortions at play across the different aspects of human existence.

This means anything with structures (whether tangible or not) is affected by the disappearance of the old constructs. As the new paradigm has not yet developed ‘structures’ of its own, this is a very shaky time for humanity.

Here’s how it can affect individuals: Some of those in relationships that have adhered to habitual or accepted definitions of relationship and the roles within them will be finding the new energy confusing and even frightening.

(Think of the opposition to same-sex marriage or families as defined by each individual for themselves.)

This shift represents a complete undermining of long-established safety barriers, designed to define a ‘normal’ to which we ‘must’ adhere.

As people fight to claim their right to define relationships by their own standards, the distortions are brought to light and feel even more discordant. In these cases, most people will resist the changes by fiercely protecting and defending their ‘reality.’

There are others within relationships that have experienced huge growth in themselves, while their partner has not undergone the same shift.

This triggers a deep redefining of roles, which were accepted (whether consciously or not) when the relationship began. This can create a gap as the one ‘left behind’ feels pressure to change in order to meet the other person where they are.

If they’re not ready to take that step, relationships can end, or in some cases, the person who has experienced huge growth makes compromises and holds themselves back to remain in the relationship.

In yet other cases, both parties in a relationship will experience major growth, and yet the structure under which the relationship was established cannot withstand the necessary adjustments.

Sometimes without knowing it, we adhere to habitual limits established by our past behaviour/patterning (at the time the relationship was established).

This third example most closely reflects the shift that is happening on a broader scale, as we shift into the new paradigm. Relationships in the old paradigm have grown to encompass distortions of the Divine Masculine energy such as power over, possession, domination and destruction.

Relationships have, through the millennia, taken on these distortions as inherent to the concept of relationship. What this means is that sometimes, despite people’s attempts to ‘define relationships on their own terms,’ with the underlying limitations connected to these old distortions, while individuals can grow, the relationship cannot.

This is because it’s impossible to imagine a structure that enables that within the existing energetic framework. Most relationships begin with love - a mother gives birth to a baby; two people meet for the first time and share a deep

connection; a child gets a kitten for a pet. It is amazing how quickly these can shift into something that looks very different from love, based on the way each party aligns themselves to the structures that arise. Take the new mother, imagining her new baby arriving, overcome with love.

Three weeks later, after sleepless nights, endless crying and bouts of vomiting, the relationship has shifted. There is no less love, it has simply taken on a different quality; it has shifted into an accepted dependency that means the mother has had to redefine herself and her role in this person’s life.

Unless there is constant awareness of the potential to continuously redefine the roles we choose to take on, a structure is established.

Under the old paradigm, dominance, ownership and leader/follower roles were prevalent in relationship structures. There is the assumption that one party has some authority over another, up to and including what they do with their bodies.

It was not that long ago that a woman required her husband’s or father’s permission to have her wisdom teeth removed if she was under the age of 21.

This is not to say that it is impossible to live outside of these pre-existing structures - it is. Some people discovered aeons ago that limitations are only as real as we allow them to be, and live their lives by their own design.

Even they have structures, just of their own making; and quite often they find it difficult to form other relationships because of their insistence on separation from the constructs that ‘define’ relationships. It’s cyclical.

Think about certain accepted ‘truths’ that are sometimes used as a way to excuse or justify the behaviours of others. How often do we hear, ‘boys will be boys,’ or ‘that’s just how girls are’? Each of these represents a seed upon which a structure has been built.

So, based upon these deeply-rooted definitions of ‘normal,’ the broader concept of relationship was also built. Interactions sprang up around these distortions of normalcy and they became established as the new normal.

Every time someone accepted the truth of the new normal, it became more firmly established. This is why the distortions were then so widespread.

With the pre-existing and long-established adherence to roles and structures, human relationships became far more complicated.

Those whose energy didn’t resonate with the structures may have found themselves struggling to fit in with others, or denying their own truth in order to feel accepted.

This means that even as people try to define relationship on their own terms, because of the old paradigm energies that exist around the concept itself, it is difficult if not impossible to see the potential of what could be, as it doesn’t yet exist.

This is why releasing is vital. There is potential for huge transformation if we as a collective, can agree to release the current form that relationship takes.

As we do, the structures will dissolve, and the new energies will have a place to land and establish themselves. For many, this will mean letting go of a current relationship.

This is not the end, but the beginning of something much more harmonious and resonant with the incoming feminine energy.

Trust that in letting go of the current forms the relationships take, we are making space for miracles and for a shift so dynamic that we’ll forget what we ever thought we knew.

This feels no different to the death of a loved one, and it is not easy.

Think, though, about how relationships have the capacity to completely transform through the process of death, as those left behind can reassess and redefine their bond with those who’ve gone beyond.

For some, it will mean letting go of pursuing or seeking out relationships until the new energies are established. It is very difficult to envision the concept of a formless entity within the configurations of the current paradigm.

We must be patient, and continue to focus on knowing and loving ourselves, and releasing the ties to the distortions (possession, dominance, etc) around relationship.

Huge growth is available right now and if we can hold space for this transformation, we contribute to change on a universal level. It’s time to relinquish the illusion of control and allow for this shift to happen.

Source wants for us to experience bliss and joy like we’ve never thought possible, and it’s right there, waiting for us to claim it.

When you adopt evolution as your main goal, there are practical questions you can ask every day as you check in on your progress:

> How can I move forward today? > Is my personal growth accelerating?

> Do I know myself better? > Do I enjoy my life more?

> Am I becoming more positive as self-judgment falls away? > Do I feel connected to a higher vision of life and a higher power that makes this vision come true?

These are practical things, markers on the spiritual journey.

I measure my own evolution by them every day. I am moving forward if I feel more compassion, less blame, and greater calmness. My personal growth is accelerating when a goal that I thought would take years-such as dropping the need for anger-arrives much sooner.

I firmly believe in being as down-to-earth as possible.

There have been moments when I was sitting on the fast train from New York to Boston and gazing out at the gray landscape whizzing by; I merged into it, feeling as if Deepak had vanished and there was only Being, the peace of pure existence.

These privileged moments are the kind of markers I’m talking about. They show me that evolution is a real force working through me, a force that is universal and personal at the same time. I can't imagine a greater gift.

I wish that you could see, as I can, the progress you have made since we began the Ley Line Project. Your efforts with the obelisks and ley lines in Rome has exceeded all expectation. It will be remembered when the history of this time is written. Please continue this exercise as the cabal is trying to counter your actions. They never suspected that this could be done as they have felt so safe for thousands of years. You, my dear friends, found their weak spot and worked on it. For many of you, it produced remarkable experiences. For the first time in your lives you were aware of your own power. Just think what you could achieve if the 99% worked together on the meditation: you would effect a clean sweep.
Now, you KNOW you can remove all that is corrupt. So what are you waiting for? Action is called for; go for it !
You have only to look at all the information that hitherto was kept from you. Now, it is all finding its way out into the public domain. It exposes the details of those who enslaved you on a prison planet; a pathetic group which now finds itself unsure of its own future. The control has moved out of their hands and they now find themselves in the position they had prepared for you.
Together, you are A MIGHTY FORCE FOR GOOD. You will bring about all the changes necessary to create a powerful and just society. Nothing can stop you now. Continue to work on Rome, as that mighty edifice will require a lot of effort to completely expose the corruption it tries so hard to hide. It is looking more like a pantomime every day as they continue to try to hoodwink the vulnerable. Each day, yet another horror story emerges about the child trafficking that was kept under wraps all these years. Now, they themselves will know how those poor innocent children felt when they were shown no mercy. Although those within the cabal pretend to carry on as usual, I can assure you that they are very worried about their own fate. They believe that their only salvation is to start World War 3, but as you can see, this is being prevented. They are using every trick in the trade to bring it about. Killing others is their answer to everything. But now, they are no longer in control. You, my friends, have taken control, and you have decided that you want to live in a peaceful world. Think just how easy it was to bring about this mighty change. You did it, and this is just the beginning. You will go from strength to strength. Nothing is beyond you now. You are invincible.
Sadly, we need to inform you that Mark has decided that he no longer wishes to work with us. Mark disagreed with the plan to work on the obelisks in Rome. His research was confined to the south of England and Ireland and he wanted to stick with that. Mark has asked that all references to him and his work be removed from the web site. This has saddened Veronica greatly, as she was a great admirer of Mark's work, and enjoyed a cordial friendship with him. But we cannot confine our work to the south of England and Ireland when the whole world is suffering.
Mark . . . both sides of life thank you for your contribution. We wish you well and we are sad at your departure so soon from the project.
See yourselves as THE ARMY OF LIGHT. You will move around the world using only the power of your minds and the love in your hearts and souls to bring peace and hope to all who suffer. Everyone, everywhere, will benefit from the effort which you put into your meditation on the obelisks and ley lines. This is a mighty task that you are called upon to tackle. One day soon, you will look back on it and you will see just how easy it was to expose and change everything for the good of humanity. Corruption will never rear its ugly head again. Those days will be well and truly over, because you, each one of you, can raise your hand and say, I DID MY BIT TO BRING ABOUT THIS CHANGE.
Raise your consciousness and become who you are: pure spirit bringing about change on Earth. Your purpose is to rescue the planet and the souls who are suffering at the hands of the Evil Ones. Because you were conditioned to obey the law, you never questioned what was being asked of you. Your inaction gave them permission to do whatever they pleased at your expence. You stood by and you watched the attempted destruction of humanity. You must take responsibility.
Question everything: the AIR you breathe, the FOOD that (up until now) you had accepted with all its added poisons, the MEDICATION that creates such suffering, and the WATER (so important for the survival of the human race) which is poisoned, but which you must pay for, through your taxestaxes.
Please think about these issues and decide on whatever action you feel is necessary. We in spirit, have plans, and we need you to work with us on them. Communicate with each other. Work together and you will get the desired results. You are not prepared to be victims any longer. Those days are well and truly over.
Veronica is working hard on your behalf. She is not just working on the Ley Line Project; she is preparing other projects that need a lot of her attention. It is hard work and a lot is expected of her. However, she is determined to succeed. Though many obstacles are put in her way, one problem after another, each time she picks up the pieces and carries on. Please send her, and those who are important to the project, your love and healing, as all this is taking its toll on her. Problems are created to try to take her mind off her work. So she needs the support of her friends and family.
We have come together: all nationalities, all creeds. We are working together as ONE to remove all that is negative from planet Earth. You have come to realise that you are, in fact, ONE, and you are all working together for the same end. THIS IS AN ENORMOUS ACHIEVEMENT and you are to be congratulated. We in spirit are proud of you. Together, you are mighty. Always remember this and put the contrived differences behind you, and work for the survival of humanity as a whole.

Moving into full expansion and multi dimensionality in TRUTH Author: Karen Dover

Many of you at this time may be feeling the huge surges of energy that are now pulling at you deeply and may be wondering why you are feeling such intense “energetic pushes” to move your life into expansion.

It is to be noted that multi dimensionality is your NATURAL FORM, it at the very core of your BEing and is now pushing for your acceptance at a very waking human conscious mind level.

It is no longer appropriate to try to hold on to the “veneer” that you are taught to place around you and this your human life experience. It is now time to stand in the LIGHT of TRUTH and this is manifesting as feelings of vulnerability.

Let me use an example to help illuminate this further. For the human female this can be related to the very physical putting on of “make up”.

I would remind you gently that ALL of human language is containing but also it reflects that which is taking place.

“Make up” can be read as to make something up or to make up for something, even the names of the various types of make up can give a clue, with the basics of make up being the “foundation” cream, this is put on before the “canvas” is then drawn upon.

For many in human female form make up becomes a weapon, for others it becomes a refuge, somewhere that they hide and of course this is re-enforced by the old 3d earth created reality that pushes “flawless” at ever opportunity.

For the human male this may seem to be rather confusing albeit the advertising industry has now begun to target men with their own “grooming” products.

All sold of course in the manipulation of the human emotions, this will now begin to fully dissolve for it is not TRUTH. When you came into the old 3D earth created reality and were born you came in naked and from that very instant you were then TAUGHT to cover yourself up and I dont just mean by wearing clothes or putting on make up.

Steadily over each moment of your human life experience you have been taught to hide your true form, whether this is with the use of make up, clothing, jobs, relationships, the list is endless.

At all moments of all moments the old 3d earth created reality seeks to teach you that you are not “enough”.

This is now illuminating for many of you and this veneer is now asking to be fully dissolved on ALL levels of your human life experience as it is not TRUTH and is not supported at any level in the New Earth reality.

The teachings are very deep in respect of each human form, that is the human male and the human female, with each human form being TAUGHT what the other form “looks for” but this is highly distorted.

The old 3D earth separating and dividing through the continued reference to the human form alone and nothing else. Just as there is no difference between the human male and the human female (apart from the anatomical differences in the human vehicle) there is no difference between your ENERGY and your human form in TRUTH.

This is to say that you have been TAUGHT to divide your energy from your human form. This is now asking to be re-integrated to allow for wholeness which then allows for expansion, you cannot expand anything that is not first of all whole and complete.

Try drawing a circle but do not complete the circle then attempt to draw it wider and wider all the time never closing the circle, you will find the shape becomes distorted.

The larger the circle the larger the distortion and this relates to your ENERGY in TRUTH within the old 3d earth created reality.

Within the spiritual field you are taught to separate your energy into energy centres, layers and the actual human vehicle itself, this further anchors and triggers the division that occurs within the old 3D earth created reality.

YOU ARE YOU, the human vehicle that you have incarnated into is attempting to be the MIRROR of your energy in TRUTH but you have been TAUGHT within the old 3d earth created reality to disconnect from your human form thus distorting said mirror and its reflection.

When you connect with another human vehicle you are reacting to their ENERGY SIGNATURE not their human form, this is why sometimes you will meet people and instantly take a dislike to them, it is not the human vehicle that you are “disliking” it is the frequency that is running within their energy signature.

However as you cannot physically SEE their energy signature and as you are TAUGHT within the old 3D earth created reality to reference everything at very human level you will then ASSUME that the human vehicle is what you are disliking.

Now take this example and use it in relation to yourself and YOU looking in the mirror and seeing your own reflection. Many people are very uncomfortable looking at themselves in the mirror, when they do look at their reflection they are not seeing a true reflection of their human vehicle, the human eyes will FILTER to make the reflection match the frequency that you are running.

Therefore if you have anchored feelings of unworthiness etc this is the filter your human eyes will use and what YOU SEE in the mirror is NOT what others will see for they too are using filters until they move out of the old 3d earth teachings and allow the energy in TRUTH to be the reflection in TRUTH.

At SOUL level ALL JUST IS and YOU ARE, you are the LOVE that IS in TRUTH, you have merely been taught to forget this at a very human conscious waking mind level within the old 3D earth created reality.

This now seeks to dissolve and you are now asked to view your reflection in TRUTH. There are 7 billion or so human vehicles incarnate upon and within planet earth, each a reflection of the LOVE that IS in TRUTH.

There is no one reflection that is more “beautiful” than the other, for ALL JUST IS and YOU ARE.

You are now asked to accept and acknowledge the beauty that you are in TRUTH, to allow the reflection in the mirror to show TRUTH and not remain hidden beneath the veneers of the old 3d earth created reality.

Beauty is not skin deep, the human vehicle is the reflection of your SOUL, this now asks to shift and to expand.

First of all you must accept that YOU ARE the LOVE that IS in TRUTH, now you are asked to accept this at a human conscious waking mind level and the universe will place scenarios and people and events in your outer waking reality to highlight the distortions that you are currently allowing to run deep within your energy signature.

LOVE JUST IS and YOU ARE, embrace the reflection in the mirror, this starts by opening your heart and accepting that you are the LOVE that IS and that just like the stars in heaven you SHINE BRIGHTLY, BEAUTIFULLY and ETERNALLY.

As you do this then the veneer that you have been taught to place around your human form will begin to crack and to break, allow this and allow the expansion for this is why you incarnated into a human form upon this planet.

To create heaven upon earth and to show that ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL FOR ALL ARE ONE in TRUTH.

Within the old 3D earth created reality you are taught to hide that which makes you unique, now you are asked to reveal you to YOU and to understand the very gift uniqueness is, it is your key to freedom in TRUTH.

Journal Entry 04.06.2014 Blue Dragon Journal By Eliza Ayres

DSCF3051Even the best laid plans sometimes go awry...no message for today. Yesterday, I underwent yet another initiation of sorts and am now integrating more "parts" of Self into my physical being. Translation: the mental body is off-line right now so other parts can get "acquainted" with each other. It is almost like waking up and seeing a world through different eyes or not quite knowing what to do with those things called "feet". I remember just such an occasion when at three years old, I suddenly "woke up" and was standing in front of the bathroom basin with a toothbrush in my hands. I didn't know my name or where I was; simply I was a girl and apparently trying to brush my teeth. I went out and mixed with the people that appeared to be family and finally learned my name, "Elizabeth". Weird sensation, but similar. I suspect those who feel they are walk-ins have experienced similar happenings.

Still, getting used to being in a physical body is a bit of a stretch for a light being, awkward and heavy, so today I feel rather tired, but will adapt in time to the sensation. April CloudsI took a walk yesterday, and took snapshots of spring blossoms, with which to decorate the blog in coming days and months. It is a fresh spring day outside, warmish, with deep blue skies and towering fluffy white clouds, but haven't brought myself to go out in it. Instead I watched a series on the life of Restoration women, during the time of Charles II of Great Britain. Being a descendant of Puritans, it was interesting to watch a short bit of the history of those brilliant and tempestuous times when the modern era began, with commerce, science and politics. Women were involved in a way that they had never been before and still 350+ years later are still working to overcome the artificial barriers placed on their sex by male-dominated society. Yesterday, I read Metratron's message about Divine Solitude with great interest, as it seems that I have decided, as a soul and now as soul-infused personality, just such an experience. As a woman brought up in a conservative household, I was expected to get a job, but primarily to get married and raise children. I did get the job. I even got the husband, but married a man unable to have children. Then, when the husband refused to accept my desire to grow and experiment in spiritual matters, I got rid of him and left. I have remained unmarried for over 20 years. At first I looked for another but could not find any one of corresponding resonance. As I have developed in my own manner and on my own path, I most recently recognized that I needed to work on myself rather than looking to another to "complete" me. So this is what I have been doing, following intuitive direction and coming to a point of finally reconnecting on a conscious level with my mentors and guides. The process still continues and I experience plateaus and high moments, as well as the occasional low ones, such as last week in its entirety apart from the moments spent on the teleconference calls and immersed in the high energies.

DSCF3045There will be a time when I can fully immerse myself in the bliss, but now I still work in the world, although I am certainly not of it. I am very different from the individuals that I work with and encounter throughout the day, including the offenders. It is not to say that I am a superior being, not so, for that would suggest that somehow I am judging them as inferior. Not so. Let it be said that I understand them in a way that would not occur to them, yet, since most have not woken up, and when they do, they will see differently from me, because they, too, are a unique facet of the God Force. So, I look upon them with compassion... that is, except during the occasional moments of frustration when I feel I'm dealing with the completely obtuse and confused, mostly referring to the strange workings of bureaucracy and State government. So, apparently I planned this adventure, to live many years on my own and at 60+ am not longer attractive physically to males, so am free to pursue my own direction without interference. I've become a crone, that mystifying age that so terrified men (and still does) when a woman begins to feel sovereign and independent of men, when she can become her self, and enjoy her own company without pleasing anyone but herself. It sounds selfish, but indeed I live simply and relish time alone, spent in solitude or near enough (I have two cats) resting on the weekends regenerating and relaxing before entering the fray once again on Monday morning early, very early. This period has also been one where I have grown closer to my Soul, my Christic Self, who I regard as my Twin Flame. I know with great surety that my Twin is NOT physically present in this world and this also serves to free me from the desire to find him amongst all the men or women (!) of the world. Yes, perhaps I will someday meet a soul mate with whom I can partner as a non-dependent co-worker in service to humanity and Gaia, for it is now only for a higher purpose would I unite with another. No other purpose would serve. DSCF3040 My path is slowly leading me towards service in a more full-time manner, but not just yet; there is still a ways to go. And whatever direction YOUR path takes you, learn to celebrate the steps taken, even those that appear to be setbacks for all experience is worthy and is being recorded in the Book of Life. Spring bursts forth with a vitality unparalleled by any other time of the year. I love to see how much more advanced the unfurling of leaves and flowers is going as the sun and air temperature increases.
