The Unification Epicenter of True Lightworkers

Hello all,
I'm rather new to all of this, as ive only been investigating much of the various views and ideas expressed here and other places on the internet for a little over 3 or 4 months, have watched many lectures from Icke, and an assortment of videos on the Illuminati, so excuse my profound ignorance if it can be called such. I plundered through many of the discussions here, and notice you use this word "Namaste" at the end of all of your posts. I wiki'd (haha if thats even a word) and found this?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namaste
It says the word is used to show deep respect, and usually used in such countries as India and Nepal among various people from Hinduism/Buddhist religions. I'm intrigued by its usage here. Can someone explain to me how it made its way to this spectrum of philosophical worldviews(I.E. Lightworkers, Channeling, 2012 etc.)? Hope everyones having a most splendid day! =)
with much Joy,
Dan

Just my 2 cents but I believe someone used the word and now it has spread. I believe it is an appropriate salutation for us to use. It shows our respect for each other because we are all part of that divinity. Welcome to the path of awakening. There is so much information to study, sort, analyze and ponder but now that you have begun, it will be difficult to stop trying to find the truth!

"In everyday life, namasté can be necessarily considered a religious salutation. However, namasté is salutation that is a Sanskrit term which can be understood to mean, that I respect that divinity within you that is also within me.

Love and light.

~Namaste
Hi Dan,

Meaning of NAMASTE:

In Sanskrit the word is namah + te = namaste which means “I bow to you” - my greetings, salutations or prostration to you.

Namaste has a deeper spiritual significance. It recognizes the belief that the life force, the divinity, the Self or the God in me is the same in all. Acknowledging this oneness with the meeting of the palms, we honor the god in the person we meet.

The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another. "Nama" means bow, "as" means I, and "te" means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means "bow me you" or "I bow to you."

We bring the hands together at the heart chakra to increase the flow of Divine love. Bowing the head and closing the eyes helps the mind surrender to the Divine in the heart.

Namaste allows two individuals to come together energetically to a place of connection and timelessness, free from the bonds of ego-connection. If it is done with deep feeling in the heart and with the mind surrendered, a deep union of spirits can blossom.

Namaste as a symbol of gratitude and respect toward others in return invites others to allows the truth to flow — the truth that we are all one when we live from the heart.

Namaste,
Love & Peace,
Ravi Raju
