Light Bodies Are Being Re-Calibrated – Quan Yin Sat, August 8, 2015 Jenny Schlitz | Channeling the Masters
We want to discuss with you the physical effects that so many of you are going through. These latest energy waves can be very trying on the physical form. As many of you know the waves have been building in intensity and will continue to do so until a wave that has been labeled Wave X hits your planet. After that time many will be integrating the new energies or simply beginning their awakening.
With these waves come a re-calibration of the light body. Your chakras and merkaba are receiving upgrades and this is often reflected in the body system as extreme exhaustion, nausea, headaches and body aches, particularly in your joints. With this is also seen increased anxiety, fear, and doubt. We understand this as the physical form does not realize what is taking place and feels that it is under attack from the invading light codes. It is your job not to go into fear but to ask the body, which has consciousness, to relax and accept the changes. The body’s main function is to keep you alive and and safe. It has alarm systems that are triggered when it feels unsafe. This can be seen as a flight or fight response which then causes an increase in the stress hormone, anxiety, even heart palpitations. When the body feels threatened and is unable to determine the cause, the body reacts by sending pain signals to the parts of the body receiving an upgrade. This is its way of warning you that something is taking place. The mind also becomes involved during this time as it communicates with the body as well. When the mind does not understand what is taking place, it will create scenarios as to why you feel the way you do. This, coupled with the increased cortisol can make you feel mentally stressed, out of control and depressed.
How you approach these changes has tremendous impact. You are the one in charge of your body and mind. If you approach the changes taking place with trepidation or dislike, the body receives this information as confirmation that it is being attacked. Instead if you look forward to each symptom as proof that miraculous change is taking place within you, the body and mind will settle. This does not mean that you will not experience symptoms, but it will help to lesson the duration and the relaxing of the body and mind allows one to process the codes much faster.
Many of you are experiencing extreme exhaustion as sleep allows all layers of the form to process the light codes and make the changes necessary for your transformation. When you sleep and shut down the thinking processes of the body, deep changes take place and upgrades go online. These things happen in steps. Once you have cleared enough density to accept the light codes coming in waves, the body then begins to process and integrate the changes. Upon integration you may feel a brief reprieve from the energies, where you then settle into the new changes that have taken place. Not all will receive this reprieve as it is determined by where you are in this process. Think on it as one who is taking final examines for a semester verses one who is writing a thesis paper to complete a phase of their education. The intensity for one is not the same as the intensity of the other.
We ask that you not look at another and how they process the information coming into earth as confirmation that you are doing well or poorly at this time. Each of you is exactly where you are to be in this process. The only thing one can change is how they approach the changes taking place. Again, we tell you that your mindset makes all the difference. Many of you who are aware of these changes are in the final portions of this part of your journey. We understand that you are exhausted and feel battered by the energies. We ask that you remember the point of this journey, it is to return to self, where you will feel connected to source and all that is, while living in form. To do this you must first undo and clear away all that has kept you separate. All beliefs, fears, dogma, and programming that keeps you from love and compassion for all, especially for oneself, must be shed.
This is not an easy process and we ask that you be gentle and forgiving with yourself and others. We hold each of you in high regard and are amazed and encouraged by the progress each of you are making, even when you are not able to see it.

True to my nature I AM, and I share it with you all. It is no longer but a dream for you to BE and embody True Pure Divine Love for all to share and partake in with all that is encountered and exists. It is not just a dream…. It IS the Reality now; it is the true existence of all.
As you continue to walk through the Lion’s Gate, let it be your new Reality to walk with the Angels and Archangels and the Ascended Masters and the Goddesses and All Beings, in pure Divine Alignment and Equality. As you all become in Balance and Harmony with all your aspects and blend Heaven with Earth, Masculine with Feminine, Soul with Creator, All with One, you are no longer separate, you are no longer bereft of purpose; you have come Home to your Creator beginnings and awaken that Essence and Source within yourselves.
In Pure Divine Harmony, Love and Balance, I greet you and elicit the same within you. Together we embody Freedom and Grace for the further awakening of all Mankind. This is your purpose and your privilege and I honor you in taking up this endeavor.
I stand before you Now in complete awe and recognition of your gifts and your accomplishments to spread the Light of Pure Love Essence to all. It is no small task, beloveds, but each moment that you gather the Light of the Great Central Sun(s) into your human bodies, you transform your physical bodies and embody your potential to bring Divine Empowerment to your BEing and to all in your wake.
Awakening within you now is such a deep deep empowerment of Love Manifest. It is your true identity. Each moment of your long existence in Earth Frequencies through the ages has prepared you for this moment. Like a deep flowing river, you have gathered momentum in spite of encounters with ‘stones and silt’ in this ‘river of your life’, showing themselves as obstacles and lessons in your development on this Earth.
And the trepidations have one-by-one been overcome as you clear your way and clarify the deep blue waters of your flowing river of life, as you blend into the ocean of Creator’s Oneness equipped with all your faculties and gifts of the ages presenting themselves as your unique qualities gained through perseverance and dedication to your purpose and cause.
Albeit it an over-simplification of your many struggles throughout eons to make your mark upon the world, you have arrived at your destination with so much Wisdom and Light and Grace that could not have been gained but for your seeming struggles, merely badges of honor upon your true authenticity — necessary and resplendent of all the makings of your Soul being revealed now in its fullest glory.
And this blossoming of your resplendent Soul continues into Infinity as you gather all the experiences of the ages unique to your soul expression and allow them to give your uniqueness true form and meaning. Only you know the depths of your journey. Only you know the unique gatherings of your Soul to Perfection and Wholeness.
In this you give strength and courage for all to do the same, and so-on and so-forth, to amass such a great gathering of Souls resplendent in their unique awakening. You give Creator the fullness that is inherent in the evolution of you all.
In Harmony and Grace, you march forward into the Light, through the Gateway, gathering your strength, gathering your courage, and demonstrating it through the unique expression of Love that you all have to give as you tap your Divine Feminine and blend it with the Divine Masculine and make your unique mark on the world through Creation and Manifestation of Heaven on Earth.
Through the ages I too, in my incarnations, have built experiences and thus embodied and realized my true nature, my true powerful nature of gentle Love Incarnate backed by the strength and power of my beloved Yeshua, and together we blend in ultimate balance and harmony to be an example of Love, Harmony, Balance, Courage and Freedom, not afraid to show our true nature so that you may show yours.
I have walked this Earth, as has Yeshua, in service to all, and in that, have endured, like you, many experiences to ultimately personify the essence of Creator, hard-earned, like you. Each of you are necessary, each of you are part of the whole, and we honor you in your inherent Purity and Grace in stepping forward bravely into the bright Light of Infinite potential for Divine Realization and Glory in the highest degree.
And so I offer you now this beautiful ‘bouquet’ of celestial flowers of many colors, each possessing the divine qualities, the Divine Aspects of Creator and Christ Consciousness, as I offer you one-by-one the blossoms of Divine Will, Divine Wisdom, Divine Love, Divine Purity, Divine Truth, Divine Grace, Divine Freedom, Divine Clarity, Divine Harmony, Divine Unity and Peace, Divine Purity, and Divine Transformation and Transcendence, making a beautiful bouquet for you of your potential Wholeness.
I understand your trials and revelations as you have worked to reveal your true nature and gifts, each unique to yourselves. And I offer this proverbial bouquet as representing for you the coming together of all these Divine Aspects to reveal your true and complete divine glory. You are coming to fruition, blossoming to Pure Source Light Consciousness and Oneness.
You are discovering Divine Freedom in your gifts of Love, Grace and Creation, gathered in Harmony and Balance with the masculine strength of Manifestation, as you blend in Harmony and Unity with others to manifest the New Earth.
I, with my beloved Yeshua, present and represent to you the progressive embodiment of your gifts for the world to lift itself on High. Fifth-dimensional realities are always on your menu of possibilities. They run parallel to dense, physical-based options and all variations in between. With discipline, intention and awareness you can shift from one parallel thread to another, consciously choosing the threads you experience.
Perceiving and Energizing Parallel Threads
Within the space of every moment you are able to still your mind to perceive a vast, interconnected network of reality threads, each thread capable of carrying you into a different location on the map of your own consciousness. These threads already exist so you are not creating realities from scratch. Instead, you are perceiving what is already there and choosing to energize it with your focus and attention.
It is by perceiving and choosing high-vibrational reality threads that you're able to experience more of your infinite being. The greater "you" exists beyond the confines of your present-moment identity, and contains wisdom, knowledge and spiritual understandings that can assist you in living the realities of your choosing.
This greater you includes all you have ever been and all you will ever be. It holds the power to tap into the universal storehouse of unconditional love and wisdom.
Fine-tuning your Power of Inner Perception
All of this is accessible as you fine-tune your inner perception. You hone the skill of inner perception by healing and clearing the static of unprocessed emotions. It is equally important to daily still your mind and bask in the calm, clear frequency of your higher self. As you perceive all that is within you and all that is around you through the eyes of your higher self, you become aware of the glowing threads of alternate realities that exist within the space of each moment.
Crossroads in Consciousness: Access Points to High-Vibrational Realities
The threads immediately accessible to you are those in resonance with your present energy field. Within any "field of resonance" you are able to perceive threads that allow you to enter energy fields of slightly higher resonance. This is a true crossroads in consciousness when you perceive access points that allow you to enter higher-vibrational realities. This is the moment when you consciously choose to access a reality thread that will expand your consciousness and, in doing so, transform your daily life as you experience it in the physical world.
Once you choose a higher-vibrational reality, you begin to experience realities energetically consistent with that thread. New rites of passage, new challenges, new joys and new opportunities accompany each new level that is accessed.
It is in this way that you are able, within any moment, to enter parallel reality threads that allow you to expand into new locations in consciousness that can ultimately bring you a greater experience of the fifth dimension and beyond.

Embrace Your Pain To Raise Your Vibration

If you are a follower of the Law of Attraction, you probably already understand that the key to getting what you want is through feeling happy and joyous. However, understanding the Law of Attraction often comes at a cost when it comes to dealing with negative emotions, especially pain.
Because we know that feeling good is what gets us what we want, it is natural to begin to develop some fear about pain and other negative feelings. Many of us begin to see pain as a “wrong” feeling that keeps us from having what we want. Because we’ve defined pain as “wrong,” many of us seek to ignore or avoid it, in order to keep it from lowering our vibrations.
Though this makes logical sense, unfortunately actions to ignore or avoid pain only prevent us from finding vibrational alignment.
This article is timely for me because lately I’ve been dealing with some pain, and I’ve been tempted to run and hide from it. As a Law of Attraction specialist, at times I feel the pressure to constantly project positive energy-in many ways because I feel it is expected of me (though, of course, I do realize this is a reflection of my personal limiting beliefs).
However, expecting constant vibrational alignment is an unrealistic and spiritually toxic approach to living. Inevitably, this expectation creates greater suffering.
The thing is, you can always reach for better feeling thoughts, but you have to start at the frequency you are at. You are where you are, and honoring your position in the universe is critical for vibrational ascension.
It’s a bit of a paradox. When you embrace your pain, you allow yourself to move past it more easily.
I’ll explain this metaphorically:
Let’s say that you were driving to a friend’s house, and you really want to get there because there’s a great party going on, everyone is going to be there and it’s going to be a great time.
Now, on the way to your friend’s house, you come up to a giant tree that has fallen across the road, making it impossible to pass. What do you do?
Do you turn the car around and go home to avoid having to deal with the situation altogether? Probably not, because then you’ll miss the party. This only makes the bad situation worse.
Do you ignore the tree, and keep plowing ahead? Probably not, because this will cause you to run into the tree and destroy your car. Additionally, you still probably won’t make it to the party. This option also makes the bad situation worse.
Do you get upset for a moment about this obstacle, but then accept the fact that there is a tree in the middle of the road, and then deal with the task of finding an alternative route?
Most of us would likely take this last option. When we are presented with a physical obstacle, we know that although it’s upsetting, we must accept the situation and deal with it. This is how we find an alternative route to get us where we want to go.
We know that ignoring the obstacle will cause us to run directly into it, and we know that if we avoid the situation altogether and give up, we will never get where we want to go.
However, while most of us generally understand that it is best to accept and deal with physical obstacles, often when we are presented with emotional obstacles (like pain) we take a different approach.
So, on our quest to raise our vibrations (get to the party), when we encounter pain (the tree) we refuse to accept it. Instead, we either try to “force” ourselves to be happy (by ignoring our pain and plowing directly into the tree) or we throw our hands up in the air and give up (resolving that we simply won’t make it to the party).
The truth is, in life there are going to be emotional obstacles that present themselves, and they often come in the form of pain. Attempting to ignore pain or avoiding a painful situation altogether only prevents us from finding the vibrational alignment we are seeking.
So, what do we do? How can you raise your vibration when pain presents itself?
It’s a simple answer. Just embrace your pain and make peace with it. If it’s there, allow it to be there.
You can’t “will” the pain out of your life any more than you can move a giant tree out of the road with your bare hands. The only thing you can do is accept this temporary obstacle, and then trust that you have what it takes to find your way past it, just like you would trust yourself to find your friend’s house despite the obstacle.
Understanding this, the next time you feel pain, frustration or sadness, acknowledge it and then hang in there. Cry if you need to. Be sad for as long as it feels like you need to be sad.
It’s good to remind ourselves that when we avoid or ignore our pain, what we are really telling ourselves is that we are wrong to feel the way we feel. This creates guilt and/or shame about our emotions, and only amplifies the negativity of our pain.
Instead, when we accept our pain, we let ourselves off of the hook for being human and we accept ourselves.
Acceptance is a soothing feeling, and therefore this action (in and of itself) moves us closer toward vibrational alignment. By acknowledging and feeling our pain without judgement, we ultimately comfort ourselves. In doing this, we begin to raise our vibrations (despite the pain!), and this takes the power out of pain’s hands and places it back into our own.
So, remember, embrace your pain! Pain happens to the best of us. Feel it as long as you need to feel it, and allow it to be what it is without criticizing it or yourself. Through acceptance, you will transform your pain, empower yourself, and ultimately find your way back into the light.

In truth everything is available to you through radiating and expressing your soul.It is my wish that you come to realise, not only within your mind, within your belief systems and outlook upon yourself and reality, that everything is available to you through the expression of your soul. I will explain this further.First I wish for you to connect into your soul, take the attention of your third eye into your heart chakra allowing the light of your soul to emanate in all directions abundantly. Then invite and ask your soul’s energy to merge with your mind/ thoughts, emotions/feelings and the divine plan for your soul in your current lifetime. In many ways this process is about letting go of boundaries that you may have created yourself for yourself to hinder and limit your soul. If there are areas of unhappiness or lack within your reality then this signifies you are limiting your soul’s presence in these areas. This is usually because of a belief you have created which acts as a boundary and interference to your soul. With your inspired ideas which are born from your soul you will allow yourself in more ways than you could possible imagine to move through boundaries, limitations and fears to be more connected to your soul and all that is the Creator, thus you create fulfilment through offering freedom to your soul within your physical reality.The next part of the practice is to imagine your inspired ideas, dreams and aspirations as you focus upon yourself existing surrounded by your soul. As many of you are aware, this September is a pivotal point when the vibrations shall substantially increase. How it will affect you depends on your existing level, but the net result will be such that many will experience upliftment. The overall effect will mean a noticeable change that will bring a more peaceful outlook, and a general expression and desire for a cessation of warlike actions. Indeed, the desire for peace will grow substantially, and those in authority will be bound to implement the changes that will bring it about. There will be no going back to the old ways and as the influence of the Illuminati has been curtailed, the people will be released from their control. The desire for change has been growing for quite some time, and the point has been reached when it can no longer be denied. Many souls are ready to leap into action when it is safe to do so, and that time has almost arrived. They will be supported by groups who are of the Light who will ensure that their actions are allowed to go ahead without interference. As you can imagine, there are ones who are deeply engaged in keeping things as they are, and loathe to give up their rich lifestyle for a fairer distribution of wealth. However, no one can prevent the changes from manifesting, so face the changes with faith in the future, as given time all the promises made to you will manifest. Allow adequate time for the changes to be implemented that should come quite quickly once the “ball starts rolling”.
So much goes on behind the scenes, and you have been kept in the dark and denied your right to share and enjoy the advances that would have benefitted all people instead of the privileged few. However, that situation is beginning to change and when those who are holding you back are no longer able to dictate how you live, the changes will start to be introduced. Over a long period of time you have been given ideas of what that will mean to you from which you will know that a tremendous upliftment awaits you. For example, many new advances have been blocked and shelved by the Illuminati, but soon there will be nothing to stop them from being released. They are such that you will eventually become very independent and not held to ransom for the necessities of life. You might hear some disinformation, as usual, as to what particular events might be occurring. We ask you to look to Love, Light and into your own hearts for discernment. Some would like you to have doubts or mislead you into thinking that they know more than they do or that they are in charge.
Please stay on a steady course of knowledge and good will. Hold only the best for all beings on the planet and for the Earth herself. The Earth is loved profoundly and so are you. Many have pieces of the plan but no one has the entire picture of what will happen because circumstances are always changing.
The Earth is the focal point of creation. Keep breathing and keep up with your meditations, prayers and circulation of love for life. You are making big steps forward in your journey home. It is a remarkable adventure with rewards that you will find amazing.
The best thing for you to do now is to stay grounded, centered, and open hearted. Being with other Lightworkers is excellent and especially doing meditations and prayers together. You are a formidable Ground Crew and when you are linked together you cannot be beat. That is why Unity is so important. Let only Unity be the key because that is how you will be living in the higher dimensions.
If you look around you will see how events are bringing humanity together for more cohesiveness. When this energy expands you will create miracle upon miracle. Your vision for the new Earth is at the top of importance. Hold this vision in the heart and in focus throughout your day. Do not let the petty distractions of the third dimension prevent you from your work as Ground Crew.

The right people are known to us and they will be installed as soon as possible, but that requires a diplomatic and lawful approach.
As you are beginning to grasp, there is much to do to change the set up that has held you for so long in the grips of the dark Ones. However, we emphasise that their time has passed and in the course of the next few years they will become less and less able to exercise their influence. So you can plan for the future knowing that you are going to return to your rightful place as free souls.
Meantime we maintain our “policing” of your solar system to ensure that no unwelcome visitors are allowed to interfere with your final return to the Light. There are other civilisations that would like to contact you, but until the time is right they will have to keep their distance. Most contacts come in peace and are eager to share their knowledge with you, but some have ulterior motives.
Be assured we are here to ensure you complete your journey as you desire, and eventually return to the freedom given you by becoming Galactic Beings once again. In reality you can never stand still as all around you evolution continues, and as God “Breathes In” you enter higher and higher vibrations. The 3rd dimension as you know it has finished its course and that is why changes are taking place all around you.
For you who are ready to move into the higher dimensions it is more than ever necessary to keep focussed on your path ahead. Some of you could be distracted by what is going on around you, so try at all times to allow negative situations to pass you by. At this stage you must allow others to follow their own path, but by all means offer help to those who approach you first. When the time is right your knowledge will be called upon and it is wise to only release it where it can benefit others.
Bear in mind that your Guides are impressing you with sensible ideas that will ensure you complete this lifetime as you have planned. It can involve finding a useful source of information, or meeting up with a contact who can advise you the best path to take. Any deviation will mean that some lessons may have to be relearned, but in that event it should always be easier the second time around.
As time progresses you will learn a lot about your journey through the matter and why it has involved the experiences you have had. As a result you have evolved much further and quicker than you would otherwise have done and will pass your knowledge on to others. When the time is right for a step forward you are always helped to make it, although you may prefer another path which you will be helped to find. However, you will be encouraged to follow the most rewarding one so as to avoid wasting time.
However, no matter what options you choose, all souls eventually find the Path of Light. Your gift of freewill is always honoured and as a result you are always learning in a way that is sure to aid your personal evolution.
Slowly but surely you are being given information about other life forms as you will soon meet other types of Beings, some of whom are quite different to your human form. They will nevertheless be similar in some respects, but most importantly are intelligent Beings that in many instances are much more evolved than you are.
However, not all older species are necessarily more evolved than you, as some have devoted more of their time on personal evolution as opposed to spiritual evolution. As you progress into the higher dimensions you will eventually find that you have less need for a permanent body. Yet when you are going to need it, you bring it into being with your power of thought. As you evolve spiritually you will find quite a few differences to your Earthly experiences as the lower vibrations tend to hold you back.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and pleased that so many souls on Earth are now awakening to the Truth. Sometimes it is difficult to discard beliefs that prove to be incorrect, but if you are to evolve you cannot afford to be too rigid. Always be ready to accept the greater Truth if you wish to grow with your experiences.
No one can stand still for long, particularly in your present circumstances when changes are happening all around you. However, caution must be exercised as misinformation is still spread to confuse you, so trust your intuition as far as possible. I’m getting requests to comment on a channeled message allegedly coming from Archangel Michael that begins:
“We have come to you as part of your agreement with us, to have this advisory remitted to the public for the upcoming times ahead.
“This period is going to be one of upheaval and general consternation amongst the people. It is not our intention to exacerbate the ruinous situation that is about to unfold but this is intended as an advisory to ameliorate and guide those who are prepared to listen to their inner guidance, in the days to come.”
Folks, no such thing is in the works for the world. Why would millions of our star brothers and sisters be here? To preside over the wholesale destruction of the world? Wasn’t that what they came to prevent?
As for it coming from Archangel Michael, you’ve listened to him for years through Linda Dillon. When has he ever predicted catastrophe? When has he ever called what faced us a “ruinous situation”? When has he ever uttered veiled threats to those who don’t listen to their inner guidance?
When has he addressed you in such a matter-of-fact, businesslike tone? As he would say, that is “not of love.”
Moreover, if Archangel Michael wished to spread such a message, why would he pick an unknown channel for such an important announcement? Why not Linda Dillon, or Ronna Herman, or Celia Fenn?
Surely we can recognize the signs of Third Dimensionality in a channeled message. If I hear those tones in a channeled message I’m about to post, I won’t post it, even if it comes from an established channel.
