Update: The editor of Intellihub News, Shepard Ambellas, made his way inside an actual FEMA conference call today for 10 minutes before officials discovered he was connected to the call. This call was regarding the upcoming FEMA pandemic drill taking place in NYC and other areas of FEMA Region II.
During the call Shepard was able to capture some chatter as follows:
“University of Vermont is an option”
“Burlington”
They were talking about “cross border objectives”.
“Atlantic City”
“Jersey South Shore to Cape May”
They talked about doing this in a place “where we won’t get sued”.
After this info was logged FEMA ended the transmission with Shepard and a new pin # was created for the call to remain secret.

A massive 2-year long pandemic “continuity exercise” is nearing “stage three” of five onNovember 13th, going live in “New York City” and “other locations”, according to new documents and audio/video recordings uncovered by Intellihub News.
Shockingly, in a jaw dropping admission, a FEMA official was caught telling role players during a live webinar session that FEMA plans to use people’s fears of “Ebola” and what has “been reported in the news” to “drive” this realtime “full-scale” event.
“I will also take the time to say now, we were very aware of all the responses we are getting that Ebola is very high on people’s attention list. And so rest assured we have taken a lot of the things that are actually happening with the Ebola crisis and factored them into the exercise. They are just under the cover of you know, what would happen during a pandemic. So we have actually taken things that we have seen, things that have been reported in the news, things that we’ve heard from partners and made sure that we are going to get a chance and deal with those actions.”, stated a FEMA official conducting apandemic “master scenario” webinar presentation for role players, i.e. crisis actors, privy to details of the exercise.
The agencies involved
According to FEMA, “The Federal Executive Boards in New York City and Northern New Jersey in partnership with FEMA Region II, TheDepartment of Health and Human ServicesRegion II, Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and the Clearing House Association are sponsoring” the drill.

The exercise objectives are to mitigate vulnerabilities during a pandemic influenza outbreak; to identify gaps or weaknesses in pandemic planning or in organization pandemic influenza continuity plans, policies, & procedures; and encourage public and private organizations to jointly plan for, and test, their pandemic influenza plans.
Other key players involved with planning and research may be but are not limited to the following people/organizations:
- Wendy Panella/Robert Desiato, AT&T
- Andrew Chen, US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
- Eugene Buerkle, National Grid
- Lance Plyler, MD, Samaritan’s Purse – Africa Based NGO

Interestingly, a “final planning meeting” for agency and firm “lead controllers” and “evaluators” will be held just one week ahead of the live full-scale event at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY, conference room, starting at 9 am on Nov. 6-7.
The remaining dates of the 2-year long exercise will play out as follows:

It is also worthy to note that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is concerned about how teleco... if such a pandemic outbreak were to actually occur as they expect phone lines to be jammed up by bedridden and quarantined people along with health workers trying to do their jobs. This hypothetical is also set to be included and evaluated in the exercise and may in fact be what prompted the recent unannounced takeover of various television sets followed by an “emergency alert” announcement from the White House on Oct. 24 as reported by Paul Joseph Watson, Infowars.com.
In the report titled White House Emergency Alert Interrupts Viewers Across America, Watson wrote:
Americans watching television across the country were puzzled earlier today when an alert from the White House interrupted their viewing, told them to stand by for an emergency message and warned them not to use their phones.
TV channels automatically changed to local news stations but no White House message ever came, prompting confusion and concern, especially given heightened tensions amidst the Ebola crisis.
Seemingly, this all may dovetail together.

Would they push a vaccine for a disease that doesn't exist?
Would they try to force it on people? Fire health workers who wouldn't take it?
Let me put the question in a slightly different way: Would they push a vaccine for a disease where the overwhelming number of diagnosed cases are false?
Here's a citation: Peter Doshi, " Influenza: marketing vaccines by marketing disease" (BMJ 2013; 346:f3037):
"...few people realize that even the ideal influenza vaccine, matched perfectly to circulating strains of wild influenza and capable of stopping all influenza viruses, can only deal with a small part of the 'flu' problem...Every year, hundreds of thousands of respiratory specimens are tested across the US. Of those tested, on average 16% are found to be influenza positive....It's no wonder so many people feel that 'flu shots' don't work: for most flus, they can't."
Even if you believe that vaccines work, do what they're supposed to do, create genuine immunity, the government is pushing a flu vaccine that, in at least 84% percent of "flu cases," couldn't work, because those people don't have the flu.
This is called a clue.
It tells you that vaccines don't need to be relevant to human disease. They're products. The authorities buy them, promote them, help sell them.
In past articles on Ebola, I've pointed out that the standard diagnostic tests (antibody and PCR) fail to properly ID anyone as "Ebola."
On top of that, you can bet that most "Ebola cases" in West Africa are diagnosed without tests, but instead by eyeball, when general symptoms are present---symptoms which can be caused by any number of factors.
So when the Ebola vaccine comes along, we'll see a situation at least as ridiculous as the flu fiasco I described above.
And when you add in very real dangers---unknown genes inserted in the vaccines, a chimp or rabies virus carrying those genes and potentially reproducing and spreading in the body, toxic chemicals added to the vaccine as preservatives and "promoters of potency," and who knows what else folded into the vaccine---you have a disaster waiting to happen.

There Is Martian And Human Life On Mars : International Ufology Congress
The four-day gathering, which ended on Sunday, drew Argentina and foreign UFO researchers who discussed progress in their work, personal experiences and audiovisual records of contacts with alien spacecraft with the nearly 200 aficionados who attended the 17th International Ufology Congress.
"We fulfilled the objective of demystifying Mars and showing that we may be closer than we think," congress organizer Luz Mary Lopez told media.
Attendees were shocked by some revelations, including those of Americans Andrew Basiago and Laura Eisenhower.
Basiago, who participated in the conference, and Eisenhower, who made her presentation via Skype, said they were chosen by the government to be teletransported on secret missions to Mars.

"I was on Mars 40 times and there is Martian and human life there," Basiago said during a two-hour presentation to an auditorium packed with people who were a mix of the mesmerized, the skeptical and the excited.
"It gave me chills, but they hide so much from us, I believe it could be true. I've seen UFOs and I believe that scientists tell people almost nothing," a woman from Cordoba who identified herself as Mabel told press.
Fernando Correa, a Mexican astronomer and reporter on the "Tercer Milenio" television show, supported Basiago's story.
"There is evidence that we are already on the Red Planet, such as a Google Mars site that shows a human base there," Correa told media persons.
The Mexican scientist hosted one of the closing talks, screening security-camera videos that showed supposed "invisible" beings and "shadows" from around the world.
"Today, you have to try to explain with science the so-called paranormal phenomena that, in reality, are more normal than the rest," Correa said.
Argentine researchers also made presentations at the conference.
Silvia Simondini, who runs the Vision Ovni (UFO Vision) center in Victoria, a city located 200 kilometers (124 miles) from Buenos Aires, discussed analyses done of spaceship fragments, local stories about alien spacecraft and collective UFO sightings across Argentina.
