Today the angels talk about cells, souls, and avoiding judgment for the good of the whole. As always I'll share practical tips about how we can do this, not just for the good of the whole, but also for our own soul!

Message From The Angels .....

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

You have more cells in your body than there are people upon your earth.They form a vast and complex civilization. They know that their existence depends upon one another and they work for the good of the whole.

It would be absurd for the heart to say to the toenail, "I am more important than you! Without me the body would die." If you ask anyone who has lost a toenail, being in heaven due to a failed heart is certainly easier than coping with the pain of losing the nail on earth!

Likewise it would not make any sense at all for the bone to say to the skin, "I am more important! If I break, my person is disabled for several weeks. If you break you heal more easily." The bone knows that the skin gives it a protective barrier, is more sensitive, and therefore has to heal more quickly.

Each cell, when give the proper circulation, nerve signals, nutrients, and love, does its job to perfection. Each healthy cell contributes to the good of the whole. With or without understanding that it belongs to a glorious and miraculous body, a cell does its job without any judgment or pride. It is satisfied simply to be what it was created to be.

You, the glorious human being can learn from these tiny cells (souls) within your body. You can learn that it is sufficient to be yourself.

You can learn that if is fine to do only and always what you are lovingly impulsed to do. Sometimes you rest. Sometimes you act. Sometimes you indulge in creative visions for the future, offered by the Source in whose body you reside.

You are all – each and every one of you – cells (souls) in the body of the One who made you. You, and all creation, are the cloak of the Divine, as surely as your cells form the body that is the cloak of your soul.

Don't let that make you feel unimportant! Each one of you has a beautiful role to play in the vast unfolding of creation. Each one of you is striving to awaken to the greater reality that you are. Each one of you plays a role for others to assist in their awakening.

So when you turn on your news or go to workplaces, or homes, and see the unevolved, the ignorant, the wounded hurting others, don't let pride trick you into thinking you are "better" than they, for indeed you are all part of one Body of the Divine. You may have greater understanding. You may be more loving, more kind, more evolved, more healed... and yet dear ones, this does not make you better or give you license to judge. In the same circumstances, given the same history, you might act exactly as they do.

In the body a sick cell is quickly given as much assistance as possible. In your human race, the hurtful, the wounded, and the hateful are your sick cells. They need prayers and light sent their way. You don't have to dance with them. You don't have to have a thing to do with them on the human level, but we implore you, try not to judge, not to hate, not to condemn, because the Body of the Divine needs for you to realize you are all in this together. A sick cell needs help. A sick souls needs prayers.

If you are able to pray for those you would normally hate, or normally judge, you will find great freedom in your own soul. You will feel the light and love of the source flowing through you more strongly. You will feel more like you.

Just as the physical immune system becomes stronger and wiser when exposed to certain viruses and bacteria, in the end you may just realize that these lost and darkened souls are indeed a catalyst for you to evolve into a stronger truth and a greater light.

Ann's Message .....

Hi Everyone,

I was talking to my mom on the phone today. She was getting pretty hot and bothered over a certain figure on the news, so I suggested she pray for him. She said she started and suddenly her stomach started feeling better. I've experienced that phenomena too. Judgment of self or others contracts us. Love expands and frees us – mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and even physically.

I too have had massive and quick healings in my body when I let go of old angers and upsets. There have been times when lumps went away, when my digestion suddenly healed, when shingles rashes just disappeared within hours, all due to the healing power of releasing judgment, anger, and blame.

It isn't easy. We're physiologically conditioned to fight, flight, or freeze when we hurt. We're culturally and mentally conditioned to be upset and judgmental for the most part, and yet in the end, we are the ones in charge of our own choices, our own bodies, and our own minds.

It is only false pride that makes us think we're better than someone else. The angels remind me on occasion that me, the ant on the counter, the majestic mountains, those that love me, and those that hate me are all made of One and the same light.

It takes work to get over our conditioning, but for the good of our own bodies, minds, and souls, and the good of the whole, I think it's worth it.

Here are some pointers to help turn anger, judgment, and pride to love...

1. Beat the "Better" or "Worse' curse

Next time you catch yourself feeling superior or inferior to someone else remind yourself that this is just a subtle form of negative pride. (Positive pride consists of taking joy in our own accomplishments, without comparison).

Remind yourself:

"I and they are the same light. We are One being having an experience as many. We are cells in One body, branches on One tree, waves in One ocean. I may be more or less evolved right now but if we were to exchange lives and histories, we might just become one another. Dear God, Let me see myself as their equal. Let me see them as mine."

You don't have to like their behaviors, words, or even personality... just remember that these upsets are the choppy waves on an Ocean whose depths are peace and love. Deep down, we are One.

2. Pray for those you don't like

If you see someone doing, saying, or being something you cannot stand, or simply don't like, pray for the to be lifted into greater light.

"Dear Divine Source, may the light of your love rise up within me, within them, within us all. May we all be lifted into greater light and more harmonious interactions."

3. Seek to understand

Instead of judging one another, the angels remind us to seek understanding.

I hear the stories of pain in my office that drive people to hate, vindictiveness, and all sorts of behaviors that they're not proud of. It is a rare case where someone decides to turn from an innocent baby into a hateful, wicked soul. The darkness of an individual is proportional to their woundedness. They need our prayers.

If you have no way of researching to understand a person whom you'd normally judge, pray to see them through God's eyes and suddenly you may find great compassion.

When I once saw that a woman who hated me and was trying to kill me through attacks in the spiritual realm was viscously abused as a child, I suddenly had great compassion. The attacks stopped as I sent love and prayers for her healing.

The darkness of others cannot exist in you when you stand in your light.

The angels keep saying our world is in need of more love. We may never like everyone else, and that's alright! We don't want to dance with everyone. That's fine too. However, the angels lately have been asking us all to do our best, to pray for the wounded rather than falling into judgment or propogating negativity and/or hate.

After all... we are One glorious and magnificent body of light.

Healthy cells, and healthy souls, make for a healthy life.

This week's guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, friends! We are happy to have this moment to speak with you today.

Today we wish to answer a question sent in by a reader, who wrote:

All our migratory birds are massively depleted due to EMF frequencies, as are our our small song birds. There are so few birds left, apart from the big ones, i.e. crows and magpies. We won’t even mention the bees.

All our trees are already dying. Native plants and grasses really struggling this year. As an empath connected to Mother Earth, I find this so distressing.

The idea of 20,000 satellites in space bathing the whole Earth in these frequencies and slowing killing the planet and humanity, I just find so upsetting, I can’t tell you.

THE COLLECTIVE: There is great beauty, and the power of Love, in your concern and compassion for Earth and all Her beings, dear one.

Yet we assure you, events and occurrences on your planet are not so out of control as you believe.

For one, you are not in this alone. As you call out to higher dimensional beings and energies for assistance, you are always answered.

You are always heard, and all you need do, in addition to stating your request and requirement for assistance for the planet, is to say, particularly to your Spirit team:

“What do I need to do, to fulfill my path on this issue? What help can I offer? Show me, and give me the strength and the resources to fulfill it.”

There is no panic in that request.

There is no depression or fear, or sense of hopelessness or futility, because none is needed, for one.

And because those lower vibrational emotions tend to reap what they announce, for another.

We encourage you to do all you can to dive deeply into higher vibrational emotions of Joy and fulfillment, even if you feel those have absolutely nothing to do with the well-being of the planet.

We assure you, they have everything to do with it.

Awareness has been raised of 5G in many places around the Earth, yet not purely for reasons of increasing concerned action.

As we noted in last week’s Message, much is being spoken of now in the media that in past would have been kept under wraps.

These disclosures are being made for the purpose of alarming and upsetting people, and reaping low vibrational human emotion, including hopelessness and a feeling of passivity.

We greatly value and honor your love and concern for the Earth.

Yet we would never encourage you to spend your days and your life energies feeling upset and distressed, either about the 5G situation or the seeming apathy of others.

We agree that merely to “keep ourselves safe” while others suffer and the planet wilts is not a very high ethical grounding.

And Nature’s beings have already suffered from exposure to toxicity, absolutely.

Yet we cannot agree that all is lost—that all trees are dying, or that outer action is always what saves the day.

Those who speak of developing and raising their own consciousness point to more than they are aware of.

As you Ascend to higher levels of consciousness and overall frequency, you blend far more easily with your higher self, and with those beings who do not live under the presence of the powers-that-were.

You are then able to work with them far more efficiently to restore Earth’s wellness, wholeness, and beauty—far more than you now currently imagine.

Understand as well, that in addition to etheric beings who are working day and night to assist in Earth’s Ascension and overall wellness, there are many millions of extraterrestrial beings doing the same.

In your sleep state, you and many millions of Earth beings work with these beings to detoxify, cleanse, purify, and restore Earth, Her beings, and all Her elements.

We would not call this a lost cause, nor grant that 5G or any other modern contaminant has the power to irretrievably harm your planet.

The decision has already been made collectively, by humanity, that Earth will not be destroyed, or compromised to an uninhabitable degree.

Those same media outlets and information sources assuring you that 5G will be the eventual death of life on Earth are not disclosing the full picture.

You must go much further, dive much deeper for the Truth, which will be hid from you until you deliberately look for it and call it forth.

Let us explain as well, that the Earth and the vast majority of Her peoples would have been destroyed long ago if not for the interventions of those we have mentioned, including you and your soul family, with whom you work etherically, and many other soul groups powerfully bent on achieving full well-being for your planet.

To say that others don’t care enough, and that physical action is what is needed, is again to not look far enough into the issues we speak of.

There is no substitute for sitting down with your Spirit team each day and asking what you can do today to assist in Earth’s well-being, and in your own well-being and fulfillment.

Your own well-being and the Earth’s are inextricably bound up in one another.

Do not consider them separate issues!

When you suffer, Earth suffers—the planet, who is a living Being, feels your sadness, your despair, your refusal to believe that help has already arrived, or to accept that you are part of that team of healers doing all you can to assist in purification and healing.

You and your planet are so much more than what meets the eye, dear one!

If you cannot accept that—if you continue to feel that you are a one-person army facing down an insurmountable threat, and to hold in your energies images of loss and destruction—then you will experience such.

That is the co-Creative Universe you live in. What you believe and feel to be true, becomes true, at least in your experience.

If however, you are determined to steep yourself in positive feeling and experience regarding your planet’s well-being, you contribute powerfully to that very reality occurring on all levels of Earth life.

Which timeline—which interpretation of “reality” will you choose?

Your planet is not so unaware of your energies and expectations as you imagine. She responds first to vibration, not outer action, unless it is inspired by high vibration.

And miraculously, the more you praise Earth’s well-being to the skies (which are currently full of ships containing loving, compassionate beings doing all they can to assist, without usurping humanity’s free will—then the more well-being you birth for Earth and everyone.

And then, amazingly, like a great heavy door swinging open, miracles occur.

You find yourself meeting others who fully love and honor and revere this Earth as you do, and who join with you to spend time imaging only wellness and healing for Her.

You find ideas and solutions for how to increase group and individual empowerment amongst humans, plants, and animals.

You find ways to share those solutions and breakthrough moments, so as to assist in Earth’s sovereignty and freedom from any destructive influence.

And you assist your own soul path, because you did not come here to suffer or despair.

You came to break out of hopelessness and anger and passivity, not give way to them. That is the true challenge you face.

And so we encourage you to engage in forms of energy clearing and energy healing for yourself whenever possible, to release what is really an old argument you have been having with the powers-that-were—one born in other lifetimes and continued in this one.

Yet we can assure you, argument is not the point of this particular moment on Earth.

Freedom and Joy are, and a powerfully positive vision of wholeness.

So pick these up—your tools for engagement in the planet’s well-being—and know you have brought these forward from a higher dimension for the very purpose of freeing yourself to know the power of your own soul.

And that Now is the best possible time to live that out.

For this week, the message from Archangel Gabriel challenges us to expand our perspective about what we see in the world around us and remember a deeper Truth.

Be aware of the simple truth that God exists in all circumstances.

Shanta's Message .....

The idea that God exists in all circumstances can be a very challenging concept. This is especially true when faced with some of the more horrendous experiences people are having around the world.

It is difficult to see how there could be a benevolent Universal Presence working in these situations and yet, another name for God is All That Is.

God is a word that is probably the most volatile and misunderstood word in any language. More wars have been fought in the name of God than for any other reason.

For me, when I use the word God, coupled with my understanding from Archangel Gabriel, it means an infinite, All Pervasive Presence of Divine Love and Intelligence.

My challenge in every situation of my life is to remember this Divine Truth as quickly as I can re-focus my attention and begin to pray — not only for the situation and the people involved but also for myself, so I can see from a more expanded perspective and stay in balance emotionally.

I have found the most difficult times for me are those moments when my soul is learning the biggest lessons I came on Earth to receive.

At times it is not easy to surrender to this process and recognize there is Divinity working within and for me, but since my commitment in this life is to my Soul's Highest Wisdom, it is imperative that I remember. My life depends on it.

We all want so much to believe that we are not alone, that there is a Presence that exists to support us in life. We may feel disconnected, and yet in our natural state, we are swimming like a fish in the Divine Substance of All That Is.

God is the presence in which we live, move and have our being. There is nothing for us to seek, when in fact this Universal Presence exists all around us, within us and as us — always.

Sometimes when I have separated myself from my divinity, I asked from this deep need in my heart to truly know at the core of my being that the Divine Presence exists within me and within all things. There were times when I ached to Know, truly Know with a capital K, that this is true.

It is this longing that draws God to us, but it is our willing acceptance of the Infinite Intelligence and Love being offered that makes it real in our lives.

As always, that is why Faith is important and is an integral part of our life-sustaining, daily Spiritual Practice.

Divine Presence,

Thank you for increasing my Faith and my inner knowing. I AM grateful that I have assistance to be open so I can have a personal experience of an Infinite Loving Presence in my life.

Please work in and through all that I AM and all that I do in every moment. Help me to stay in alignment with your Love and Intelligence so I can see that there is a true Divine Order that exists in all life, no matter how it appears.

Thank you for guiding me and lifting my consciousness to a Divine Perspective. I am grateful for all that I need to thrive in my life. I ask to truly Know, to the core of my being, that all my needs are met with Grace and Ease and I AM cared for eternally. And so it is.

Archangel Gabriel's Message .....

The light of God is always shining and this Divine Light exists in all people, all things and all circumstances. Awareness of this Light will bring it into your consciousness, enabling you to see from an enlightened perspective.

The Divine Presence is the very energy in which you live, move and have your being. This energy is infinite and all-encompassing and exists in all situations. This truth may be difficult to remember at times. In fact, it may appear as though there is nothing but darkness. However, remembering this Divine Power is available will bring light into every dark circumstance.

Energy follows thought. If you think of God in any situation, the very thought produces illumination, as though a candle were lit in a dark room. When you ask for Divine Order, that prayer directs this high-frequency energy so that you will be surrounded with heavenly light and spiritual solutions will flow through your entire being.

Awareness of Divine Light enlightens every situation. Each time you turn toward the Source of true light, you are blessed. When even one person turns toward the light of God, the earth is blessed. This blessing creates change. At times this change can be instantaneous, at others healing can occur in a less obvious way. Have faith, and know healing happens in accordance with Divine Timing. Always affirm the greater truth in every situation in order to bring your awareness back to the Divine Presence.

When you call upon your guardian Angel, you focus upon Divine Light in the midst of your darkness. Your guardian Angel, and all Angelic messengers from God, are here to assist you in bringing more Light and Love into your life.

No matter what it looks like, no matter how dire the circumstances may appear to be, you will receive immediate assistance when you call on the Angels for help. Ask for what you truly want in your life.

Do your best not to focus on how bad things seem to be, but turn your attention toward the light, and you will indeed find the situation enlightened.

By being aware of the simple truth that God exists in all situations, you can bring Light into your life.

Turning your attention toward Heaven by the use of your breath can change the energy frequency in your world.

Remember to create a cocoon of protective, nurturing light around you by giving yourself time to breathe balanced breaths and to pray for the qualities you want to see manifest in your life. These you can place with intentional respect in your protective energy field.

Where your focus goes, energy flows. The question is: do you want to dwell in darkness or in light? It is your choice.

Return through your breath to a divine Cocoon of Golden Light. You will come to the place where you are safe, surrounded and filled with God’s love at all times. Your world will begin to change when you turn your attention to this loving Presence of Divine Eternal Light.
