Then, the region was "<a href="http://apnews.myway.com/article/20081105/D948I1AO0.html">mostly quieted</a>".<br />
<br />
On November 4th, while most of us were watching the U.S. presidential elections, another series of escalations started. The <a href="http://edition.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/meast/11/04/gaza.violence/">IDF entered a refugee camp in Gaza to destroy a tunnel</a>, then fighting broke out, where one Palestinian was killed. Then Hamas fired mortars, killing 0, and Israel launches airstrikes, killing 4 more Palestinians. Then things started to ramp up.<br />

Palestinians responded with rocket fire, and hostilities on both sides have continued.<br />
<br />
Israeli strikes have killed 11 Palestinians since Nov. 4.<br />
In all, roughly 140 rockets or mortar shells have been fired at Israel in the same period. In response, Israel has closed its borders with Gaza and halted the supply of food, medicine and fuel to the territory Look what the agressor did in…tag:saviorsofearth.ning.com,2008-12-31:2492330:Comment:719102008-12-31T14:52:04.038ZTrudyhttps://saviorsofearth.ning.com/profile/Trudy
